Any burger you choose will be a good choice. Fries are best I’ve had and the tator tots have great flavor. If you like deep fried cheese curds this place has excellent curds. The extra seasoning you can add to anything tastes great. Shakes are really good according to my wife I don’t get them but she always does.

The food was really delicious at this location. The only inconvenience we endured while visiting was that barely any tables had been cleaned off for us to find a place to sit. It didn’t appear to be particularly busy at the time we visited, since a lot of the tables were empty, but a lot of those tables were also dirty. Other than that, it was a wonderful lunch visit.

Service wasn’t great. Freddy’s is my favorite fast food burger spot, but this was my first time at this location. I placed an online to-go order through the app, walked in and gave the cashier my name and she said it wasn’t ready yet, but gave me a beverage cup to go get my drink. I got my drink and then sat down near the mobile pickup area.

After waiting 25-30 minutes I asked if my order was ready yet, and apparently it had just been sitting on the counter behind a display almost the entire time… The fries and onion rings were ice cold.

Disappointing. Not sure why they wouldn’t just call my name when my order was ready, or set it in the mobile pickup area for me to grab while it was still hot and fresh.

I like this burger place, different style, thinner burger patties, which make them better in my opinion, thinner fries as well, which make them crunchier, really good onion rings; I also just had today their cheese curds.

I have not had the opportunity of trying their milkshakes, custards,hotdogs nor other variety they have.

In the handful of times I’ve been there, service has always been very good, very polite and professional staff.

Plenty of parking and drive-through options as well.

There’s an opportunity in their cleanliness; I will continue to go back.

I had the original Freddy burger which was quite interesting. The bread seemed stale and dry which is something I didn’t expect which reflected the score. I ordered onion rings instead of the fries and they were hot and great. I just wished the burger had a softer bun and not dried out. I don’t think I’d return back for the burger but I may come back to try the custard.

I had such a great experience with Evelyn from Freddy’s!! She was incredibly kind, patient, and friendly. Evelyn went above and beyond to make sure our food was handled quickly and that I was completely satisfied with the outcome. It’s rare to come across teens these days who genuinely cares about helping customers the way she does. My first time at Freddy’s gotta say Thank you, Evelyn, for your excellent service — you truly made my day!

I have more positive experiences with the food here than negative, but one thing I can never get past is when I pay for something specific, wait in line for 20 minutes or more, only to have it incorrect. I had to check my receipt to make sure I didn’t order something different than what I received. Nope, you all just made an error. Please, I don’t know if you’re short-staffed or if it was a simple mistake, but if you’re going to have me waiting in line for 20 minutes, at least you can do is make sure the order is correct. And usually I would review my order before leaving the line if, but felt rushed, since it took so long and there was a line of cars waiting.

First and last time going here. Can someone please explain to me how I’m supposed to eat this without destroying my truck’s interior and also how 2 of them were $14? No fork included. Customer service nonexistent. Took way too long at the speaker when I was the only one in line. I could literally make 10 chili dogs at home for around $6 and they’d taste better and would actually be put together.

Brought my twin 7yr old boys in today for lunch around 11:30am today (4-29-24, order #252) my kids love this place and we usually have a pretty great experience, but we usually don’t come during the day. Anyways, upon arriving the first thing we noticed is that there’s only two people inside of the restaurant eating. Then we noticed that the screens that normally show the menu were not operational. also, we were not greeted by any employees. I happened to mention to the guy behind the counter. Hey, I guess the screens aren’t working today and without apology he said unfortunately, while kind of covering his face and mumbling didn’t give us any options as far as looking at the menu so we decided to sit down and get on Google to find out what we would like to order. The kid was decently pleasant and when I ordered the double cheeseburger, he mentioned he usually gets the triple and we got a little laugh out of it. Which lets me know that I absolutely ordered the Double or else he wouldn’t have made that comment I paid and we went and filled our drinks and sat down at a booth with our ticket waiting to be called. Considering it was just us and one other guy I figured it would be rather quick. After 13 minutes and my to go bag sitting on the counter for approximately 10 of those 13 minutes, I finally went up and put my ticket on the counter, and another young man was busy stuffing fries into boxes for the drive-through asked me was I waiting on a to go order. I figured it was pretty obvious since I’m sitting there with just drinks and two 7-year-olds and we were basically the only people in there but maybe not? I said yes I’m waiting on the only to go order and he said this must be it here pointing to the very greasy bag sitting on the counter. I said oh I guess you guys don’t call the numbers out for the orders anymore? Again, no apologies or any type of customer service, just blank stares and no communication whatsoever. I looked in the bag and felt the cold french fries but it looked like three burgers were in there, and I didn’t feel like taking everything out of the bag and into each box. I just wanted to grab a quick lunch and get home as I’m walking out the first employee Asked me is everything in the bag? I said I hope so after 15 minutes. You would think they would know what was in the bag by now and let me know that everything is in the bag not in a form. A bit annoyed, but also understanding that it’s fast food at lunchtime we left And headed to the house. Upon arriving, I realize that my double bacon burger is a single bacon burger and it is very cold also. Anyways, I do a lot of reviews for a lot of places and I normally don’t do them if it’s less than a three star because I don’t like beating down businesses, but this was a really lame experience. Then I called the restaurant to try to speak with the guy that took my order and nobody answers the phone and it sends me to some type of voicemail service. No thanks! $27.00 for this and a couple kids cheeseburgers?
