I JUST LEFT THIS PLACE. AND I’M NOT SURE IF THEY’RE TRYING TOO MAKE ME SICK OR KILL ME, BUT CLEARLY THIS FOOD WAS COOKED EARLY THIS MORNING AND THEY ARE STILL SELLING IT AT 3 P.M. CAN I PLEASE GET A REFUND. I’VE TRIED CALLING THEM SEVERAL TIMES, BUT APPARENTLY THE PHONE IS EITHER OFF THE HOOK OR MESSED UP. I MOST DEFINITELY DO NOT WANT ANYTHING ELSE FROM HERE.

Been here a couple of times cause I usally stay at one of the hotels down the block from here. So far I haven’t had any of the issues getting undercooked food or wrong orders but can see some of the complaints about wait times and the work ethic of the staff. I was in there a few days ago the lady working the drive through was also working the front register which caused some slowed service while she was doing her best to take care of customers in the loby and drive through at the same time, she was extremely professional and apologetic about this, but I could tell she working her tale off trying to cover for the slack of some of the other employees one of which couldn’t figure out which cups went where causing her to repeatedly check and correct him in this task

Ordered through uber eats and they got EVERYTHING wrong. They didn’t give the driver my drink, ketchup, or sauce for my chicken nuggets, and they didn’t take the pickles and mustard off my Krystal’s like I ordered. I payed $30 for a meal I don’t even want to eat. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Upon further inspection my cheese Krystal’s don’t have cheese on them either. I’m very disappointed and will not be ordering here again.

DO NOT GO BY THE PRICES ON THE SIGN. I’d not seen the menu but one time years ago and the lady in the speaker says order when ready, kinda snotty. I said give me just a min. please. 2 seconds she says are you ready to order like shed’s waited 15. I looked at my husband and he said go somewhere else. I quickly spouted off the large order of 15 sandwhich meal. She said you want the one for 21 mind you it said that price with cheese we didnt upsize. She just says drive around. I drove up she handed the drink to me on a rushed manner with drink running all down the cup. Where was the rush there was no other cars or customer. My hands with drink on them she them from the cups she says my total is 36$. Handed her the card and looks disgusted the card was wet. I looked at the receipt and realize it was 36$, why. She handed our bag out to me in such a way my husband says lets just go. The food was right and it was good tho. Service and price. Wow. This happened about 2 months ago. When something sticks with you like this you dont forget it. We’re getting a new one in jasper I sure hope it least the service will be better than that one.

Unacceptable Service and Rude Staff – Left High and Dry After Placing a $142 Online Order

I placed a large online order for $142 to feed my employees and scheduled pickup for 11:00 AM. When I arrived at 11:00 AM to pick up the order, the doors were locked. A staff member informed me they were closed.

I asked if they would be closed all day, and the staff member did not respond. I then asked, “Do you open at 11:00 AM?” The woman finally replied that she was not making our online order and would not be opening the store until 12:30 PM. She then rudely yelled that we would be refunded.

This level of service is absolutely unacceptable. Scheduling an online order and pickup time should be honored, and informing a customer upon arrival that a large, prepaid order is not being made with no prior notification is unprofessional. The employee was incredibly rude and unhelpful. We wasted valuable time and were left without food for our employees. I will not be returning to this Krystal location.

At 11 PM. They’re doing some sort of shift change and it was not unable to get my order but there’s people inside that are working there.

Everyone was real nice and even started lunch a little before time for me. I’d been up since 4am and was ready for some Krystal burgers and a sticky chicken. It was all good and I was on my way in no time.

Terrible customer service on 10-31-25. Waited in line at the drive through for at least 10 minutes or more saying hello hello and got no response. We pulled up to the window and were told we would have to go back through the drive through because they couldn’t take orders at the window and the manager (who we were talking to) was short staffed. I have never heard of such nonsense and I did let the manager know how absurd that would be when there was no others cars besides ours. Needless to say there was no Krystal’s that night. Also there was nobody else in line except for the one car that was ahead of us when we got to the window. I emailed a complaint but have not gotten a response.

We used the drive thru last night on our way back home to Meridian, Ms. I just wanna say the food was hot & on point!! The girls working were friendly! One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with Krystal! Thank y’all!
