I cannot overemphasize the importance of customer service. Came here for a chicken wrap and received a turkey wrap. Called to speak with the “manager” who was completely useless. Explained to me that even though I ordered the right item I needed to specify what I ordered AGAIN! Make that make sense!! Was rude and argumentative the entire time on the phone. Refused to take responsibility for his actions and behavior. Still has the audacity to tell me when I got to the restaurant that it was not his fault. Finally got my correct order and walked out to never return here again.
Look I get it, mistakes happen I totally understand. But to sit there and put the blame on the customer rather than make things right says a lot. If he would have said “sorry here’s your food” we would have left and returned. But not this time. It’s a shame because the food was good. I will let anyone know to avoid this place.

Great place, good food, fantastic vibe… You will find something here to eat. I appreciate the Earth Friendly top of mind. Had a patty melt and breaded mushrooms… Pasta salad is good, so are the lemon bars and other desserts. Will come back, for sure. Drive through and plenty of seats…. Get lost in all the Rock and Roll memorabilia!!

Came in here for the first time and let me just say AMAZING…. Loved the food had the Angie’s Italian sub.So Good and the Homemade chips were Awesome. Also grabbed a soup which Topped it off very well. Service was very good, Nice clean environment. And also won some $$$ at there slots machine. Will definitely be going back to try more of their menu. 5 Stars all the way

Family owned, and it showed!! The outside appearance doesn’t do the food justice! Amazing sandwiches and sides! We loved every dish we tried. They offer a couple of beers on tap. Friendly and fast. Easy on the wallet. It was one of our favorite restaurants on our weekend trip to the area.

We have not been here in years! It did not disappoint. There is a good selection to choose from. I had the turkey pesto burger, and my husband had the italian grinder. Their homemade chips are out of this world! Could not stop eating them! The atmosphere is light and the music is fitting. There are a lot of things to look at. This is a bit out of our way to get here, but it won’t be too long next time.

Came here for the first time and will definitely come back. Food was delicious and I had such a hard time deciding what to get. Garlic parmesan fries were so good, fries cooked to perfection. Classic deli meats and sandwiches. Cream of chicken wild rice was pretty tasty too.

Honestly the place was mediocre at best, the booth we sat at had not been cleaned and there was stepped on fries and food under the table that I noticed immediately, there was also stepped on fries randomly on the floor on my way back to the counter.
.81 cents for a cup of watered down lukewarm cheese.
The fries were good. The fried ravioli was poor at best. The cheese sticks weren’t even melted all the way through, another poor score.
The burger itself was just ok. I wasnt asked how I wanted my burger made so when it came it was overcooked and brown, very disappointing.
The Corn Beef was the highlight. Very tasty very tender. Not enough mustard on the sandwich which lead to it being dry.
Next time I will try different dishes but for my first time visit, the experience was sad. Doesn’t seem like the owner or the cooks actually care about whats coming out the kitchen.
Ramsey would have a field day.

The cashier was unfamiliar with the gluten free items and when I tried explaining she was very dismissive. The kitchen forgot about my order after a 15 min wait. I received a sandwich that was falling apart.
There was no attempt at rectifying the situation, nor an apology. After my prior interactions with the staff, I did not want to wait for them to remake it.

Decided we didn’t feel like cooking on a Wednesday night,we ordered take out from Augustinos. Located on an out lot in the Menards parking lot on North Ave,this place offers good fast food with a homecoming feel.
Family owned and all recipes are made from scratch so everything is super fresh. Many gluten free items which is a plus for my wife.
She had the Italian Grinder on a freshly baked gluten free Italian sub roll. Very tasty but she said she should have asked for the vinegar and oil on the side as it made everything too soggy.
I had the Italian sub with homemade meatballs that are made daily ,baked and topped with house made marinara sauce. Delicious!
Huge menu…Breakfast items served All Day as well.
Indoor and outdoor seating with a great music vibe.
Definitely a place to check out!
