First time here today. Took just a couple minutes to sit down. Area to wait was cramped but since it took little time to get a table that was a very small problem. Got served quickly. Lovely, hard-working servers those girls! They did so well despite the volume of people. Ordered the pancakes, and those were some of the BEST pancakes I’ve ever had! Next time I’m in Owosso I’ll certainly be coming back!

I’ve always had a great experience here. The staff have consistently been very friendly and helpful, and the food has been consistently good.
Interior could use some updates, but I am there to eat not take in the sights. Prices for the year 2025 are also pretty good considering what you get.
I still need to try more but the few soups I’ve had here were fantastic.

Definitely recommend to anyone who wants a home cooked meal. The staff are wonderful and everything is priced perfectly. The food is great as well. It’s impressive when Hometown restaurants like BJs have homemade bread and croutons.

First time here, and I was shocked that at 7:30pm this place was slammed and still had a steady flow of customers coming in to dine. Small and outdated, but homey and comfortable. The workers were super friendly and fast. My food was fresh and hot. Portions were regular sized if not a little on the smaller side. Beer battered cod was delicious, mashed potatoes and gravy were homemade. Wasn’t a fan of the Coleslaw, too runny and very minced. The homemade bread was yummy! Priced reflect the current inflation of everything. Overall, my family was satisfied, so I will return and try other items on the menu.

We love the food when we go there. I usually get the western omelet plate when we go. Sometimes I get a side salad with it. They have delicious 1000 island dressing. They have several menu items. The building is being updated currently and looking very nice. They have good waiters and waitresses. The price is about right for the food you get and it’s quality. I will return again and I will recommend it to others.

I wish they would expand and make the place bigger. It always seems to be crowded. Fried chicken and salads are excellent! If you want the fried chicken, make sure to order as soon as you are seated, because it takes a bit longer to cook. Also the peanut butter pie was amazing.

Dont judge the book by its cover, the food is great so far! Had roast beef, meat was juicy and tender. They also have great breakfast! My new local spot for good food.
