I door dash from here all the time and always get the same things. One classic beef and cheddar, one Greek gyro, and 2 buffalo sliders. They’re always hot and taste amazing. Definitely worth the extra 5 bucks to have it door dashed!

I ordered the fish sandwich, It was okay, I don’t really expect a whole lot from a fast food place. I walked in to order, service was very slow, I’m thinking nearly 10 minutes. There was one other person inside the place other than my self. Low expectations. Low disappointment.

The customer service I received today was disappointing. Lady working gave me a hot coke with no ice and said her ice was broken but working in the lobby so I asked if she could get me some ice from the lobby, mind you I was the only person in line. She told me she’s not going to go out of her way to walk all the way to the lobby everytime someone orders a drink, so I said I’ll take a refund then. She couldn’t do that either since it was an online order and told me i could go inside and get my own ice. My knee is sprained, hence why I went through drive thru. She slammed the window in my face and came back with a cup of ice. Safe to say I won’t be back here, haven’t had one good experience here & I waited almost 10 mins for my online order food prior to her handing me the drink.

I love Arby’s roast beef with some Arby’s sauce and a little Horsey sauce. Currently, you can get 4 for $10 dollars. The market fresh sandwiches are good, along with the gyros, yet only with a coupon; otherwise, it is overpriced. I usually come through in the afternoon, so the wait isn’t too long. Overall, I’ve experienced friendly service and good food. 4

Wouldnt ever honestly go there ever again. Had my food made 2 times and still it wasnt hot. I’d loved if someone cared at this store. I got the Steak Nugget bowl made twice because I felt as if they could maybe do it right on the second time around, and they still couldnt. Wouldnt recommend going back unless they hired someone with Speed, Accuracy, and Accountability. Good luck new generation of Arbys! God Bless!
