HORRIBLE Service, and the most MID food I’ve tasted. It’s Saturday, and I got back from a workout. I was super hungry since I didn’t eat any breakfast today and had only a half chicken sandwich for lunch.
I placed my order at 7:04 PM. I only got a singular Cheeseburger, Fries, and Milkshake. My place is 15-20 minutes away, and it said it’d be there in 30 minutes. That’s reasonable and fine.
I waited that time, then it got delayed another 30 minutes. That’s fine too, I guess. I was very hungry though, so I was expecting it not to get delayed.
It got delayed another 20 minutes. Then another 30 minutes. Then another 30 minutes. I’m angry at the fact it took them that long to make something someone else could make in 20 minutes.
All those delays weren’t because of the door dasher, but instead because you guys haven’t even MADE my food yet. I feel bad for my doordasher actually. They said it was busy. How busy do you need to be in order to delay an order two whole hours. Service is absolutely horrible. 1/5 stars.
They also CANCELLED it after making me wait two hours, leaving me with a bulging headache.

Second time I’ve visited here. I don’t see why the reviews are that bad, tbh. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. The only con I have is that it’s pretty pricey for a visitng Canadian, but this is a real treat and saves me a trip to the west coast for a west coast vibe.
Man, you Americans do make a good cheeseburger. Thanks again for the experience. I’ll come back for another visit.

My family was in town for an event and we always try to stop at Shake Shack when we’re there. This time, we went to a different location. I wasn’t disappointed before we even got our food. It was Sunday afternoon so it was busy and there were several people working. However, one of the girls that was working the counter, I think would have wanted to do anything but work. She was constantly leaning/sitting on the front counter. At other times, she was scrolling on her home. What really got me though is that I placed our order on their site at 2:06. My confirmation said it would be ready between 2:30-2:35. My order did not come out until 2:51. There didn’t seem to be any structure to the way orders were being fulfilled. In addition, there were several trays of fries that were sitting for quite awhile under the lights. Once I finally received our order, our food was not appealing. The sandwiches smelled like burnt grease. The buns were barely on the sandwiches and they were pretty burnt on the edges. In addition, we were shorted an order of fries. Next time, I’ll return to our usual go to stop.

Boring! If the target audience is teenagers, you’re on point. This place is stale and there are no directions of how the ordering process goes for new customers. The burgers were greasy and all shakes are made with the same type of milk.

Last Sunday we went here for some food real quick. Service was nice, people were friendly. The condiments were strange, tasted old, texture was rubbery and hard to swallow, I think they were pickles but they were brown and the consistency of plastic on the edges. I got the Korean BBQ burger my roommate got the original and he had the same texture complaint on his burger.

I don’t go to Shake Shack often, and this location won’t see me again. “Here is your food” is the only thing an employee said to me. Most of the time, the employees said nothing when bringing out food. The employees showed no positive emotion. Everyone had their down days, but when working with the public, you have to put your best foot forward. The ketchup dispenser was empty, and the area was dirty. The bathroom smelled horrible. Of course, there were no paper towels. Walking by the kitchen was a mistake. It eminated a rotten food smell. The dining room was clean. This location has a low review score for a reason. Go to 5 guys instead.

Picked up an online order- everything was quite literally just thrown in a bag. My girlfriend has a dairy allergy and her food was tossed on top of our cheeseburgers cross contaminating her meal. Portion sizes are small for what you pay for but otherwise taste okay.

Waited 25 minutes for my order. I asked what was taking so long. I was told that 1 veggie burger was ready. I ordered 2 veggie burgers and 2 small fries. I continued to wait. When my food was ready, I asked what happened to the 2 fries. I had already asked to speak to a manager prior. The manager comes, I’m explaining about the 2 fries missing from my order. The girl who took the order seemed confused about what I had ordered. Wow, terrible customer service. The young lady watched me stand there for 25 minutes. If I hadn’t said anything, I’d probably would’ve been still standing another 25 minutes. The manager finally listened about the 2 fries missing, after I said my sister can’t see to drive in the dark. The manager apologized gave us a signature credit, but still no fries just two burgers going home. The professional thing to do was refund and apologize. I will never eat there.
