We stopped by on a whim in search of Mexican seafood and were pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh, delicious, and fairly priced. The staff were friendly, the service was excellent, and despite the less-than-ideal location, the restaurant had a great atmosphere. Overall, it was definitely worth the visit.

It’s a great spot to stop and enjoy something delicious and fresh! The atmosphere is lovely, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The dishes are super fresh and made to order. Without a doubt, a must-stop whenever we visit the nurseries and farms in Homestead!

Authentic Mexican restaurant serving delicious Mexican dishes. We dine there at least once a month.

My favorite is the Whole Fried Snapper Fish smothered with house made mojo dressing, accompanied with celentro rice, salad or fries.

It’s absolutely well seasoned and fried to a perfect crisp.

It’s a must have dish that I recommend to anyone who loves fried snappers.

By the way the snapper in photo weighed almost 3 pounds and was for two persons.

Food servings are large, fresh and very flavorful. Service was friendly, quick and helpful to know what to pick since it was our first time here. Yamiyeth was our server, she was very sweet and professional. The atmosphere was inviting, cute place for a date or for a small family gathering.

10/10 dining experience. The food was so delicious, I didn’t think to take many pictures. Definitely recommend the “caldos de camarón.” The seafood tasted very fresh! The waitresses were extremely pleasant and patient despite being part of a big group and arriving 20 mins before closing on Thanksgiving. The service was fast and efficient. The drinks were strong and savory. Will definitely be coming back!

I’m sorry, this used to be our favorite restaurant. Quality (of food) has gone way downhill. The Chicken Fajitas were inedible. Had some kind of sweet sauce all over them. No salsa or sour cream either. Charged us 50¢ for that on a $125 tab (for 2 people) You don’t even get chips / salsa. Formerly great / now below average unfortunately.

Great place and very consistent with food quality. When I have cravings for authenticexican seafood this place never disappoint. Try the fried snapper and the margaritas are delicious.

I came here on the recommendation of a friend. I love Mexican food and I’m always looking for a good authentic restaurant to visit.
The food was good, but not the best I’ve ever had. I appreciate that it is definitely authentic. So I give it 4-5 stars.
The service was pretty good.
The restaurant is pretty clean, and nicely decorated. It’s an older building- kind of a dive.
The prices are very reasonable! I ordered the enchiladas verde (chicken). My daughter ordered the chicken fajitas, and my other daughter ordered the shrimp tacos. They each got a bottle of soda, and we split some chips and guacamole. Our bill was $65 for everything. Not bad at all. Plus we have a lot of leftovers. The guacamole was a decent size and we had leftover. My daughter who ordered the shrimp tacos was the only one who finished all of her food. Although, she didn’t eat any of the rice or refried beans that it came with. The rice was very tasty. The beans were a little bland. Everything was fresh and hot.

We will definitely be back again. I’d like to try more seafood next time.

They have a simple but very comfortable outdoor set-up as a great option to indoor dining. The staff was friendly and prompt with their service. I’ve passed by this place many times and thanks to my boyfriend we tried it out.

Now for the food, there was a steady flow of traffic the entire time we were there and for good reason. The seafood here is EXCELLENT!!! This is a must try! We started with raw oysters. They were very fresh and mild with great texture! We then followed that up with the fried red snapper! When you try food and it makes you smile your happy smile that is the snapper here. The batter was light, flavorful and fried right. There’s so much more to try here and we look forward to it!!
