Beaufort Grocery is by far the best restaurant in town! Their commitment to quality service, true hospitality, and delicious food is no secret. The entire 4th Grade at Havelock Elementary school appreciates the wonderful staff and crew at Beaufort Grocery. Thank you for a great lunch and your commitment to serving our community! Much love!

P.S. we attached some rave reviews from our students.

We didn’t have a plan for Sunday night, and Kim from Inn On Turner set us up with Beaufort Grocery. Our meal was delicious, and the Carrot cake was one of the biggest I’d seen. The humus plate was just the thing for me to save room for the cake.

The atmosphere was very pleasant, and the service was excellent. Our waitress was professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. We began with drinks—Blackbeard’s Baby Mama and Figging Delicious—both of which were delicious. For appetizers, we had the spinach dip and dried oysters, and they were outstanding. The main dishes were equally impressive. One downside was that the portions for the main courses were quite large, so we ended up ordering more food than we could finish. Overall, we spent over two hours enjoying what turned out to be an exceptional meal.

Had a wonderful meal at the bar with friends. Greek salad to start was fresh and bountiful, and the ribeye feature with roasted potatoes and asparagus was delicious. The sauce on the steak was incredible. Resa was a warm and engaging bartender. Great experience!

This was a very nice restaurant. For 2 adults and 2 children though, a little pricey at over $100 for lunch. And the kids got kids meals. 1 appetizer. The beer was $5 a beer, so not as crazy as other places, we got 2, but the bill was still high in my opinion. Only constructive feedback would be, please make some sort of house made ranch. Ranch is an American staple for salads. And maybe do lunch specials.

Hands down our favorite place to eat out in Beaufort. We’ve been coming here for over 25 years. The wait staff is always very attentive and the food is consistently delicious. The double-cut pork chop is my go-to dinner meal. They usually have 3 dinner specials every day. If they’re in season be sure to order the stuffed squash blossom appetizer. The lunch menu is always very good too and Sunday brunch is always the beginning of a food coma. The spicy Bloody Mary paired with Uncle Claude’s stacked and poached eggs and country ham is hard to beat.

Get the rack of lamb. It is amazing! Best thing I’ve had in a long time. You can tell this restaurant is very well-loved. It was packed on a Thursday.
