I went through the drive-through ordered the wings and things. The chicken fingers are cooked right the french fries had no seasoning on them but the bone in wings I think they dehydrated Them they are crispier than my french fries fries There’s like no moisture in them they are dry

Went here for a meal after work Friday night. Drive thru was packed and stayed steady whole time i was there. Hadn’t been there in years as was disappointed in the past. This time I was impressed how it had changed for the better. The remodeling brought it back to life. Clean,welcoming atmosphere. Attentive staff, new menu. A pleasant surprise. Food is pretty good but the quality of the tenders tend to vary. Sometimes they’re really good, other times they’re a little rubbery. Their fry seasoning is pretty elite, and the chicken bacon ranch loaded fries are probably my favorite thing on the menu.

The zaxbys franchises have been around for so long it’s been my favorite restaurant ever since I was a kid !! The meals are always so warm and quick ! Never had a bad meal ! And if so they are helpful and understandable and will accommodate, the staff is friendly and kind ! My favorite dish is the chicken finger plate !! You should try zaxbys ! Any time if you are in the area and are looking for a quick bite !!

I ordered delivery service from this Zaxby’s location through their app. Expect to pay an additional $10-12 for delivery fees and tip.
I like their chicken finger plate with Zaxby’s dipping sauce. It comes with a slice of Texas Toast, cole slaw, fries, and unsweetened tea.
All of those items are great!
The fried white cheddar bites side is really good with ranch dressing.
I also like their egg rolls with sweet and sour sauce.
These food items are all fairly good refrigerated and reheated in the microwave. I order food for 2 meals, lunch and dinner, to allay the delivery cost.
Food comes pretty quick and hot via their partner DoorDash.
Once you order, they are pretty good at offering coupons in the app on future orders. Also, unlike other restaurants, Zaxby’s does not increase the menu pricing for its delivery orders through its app.

The grilled chicken Cobb salad is very large and delicious!
The chicken club sandwich was also very good the french fries are adequate.
They have one of those Coke machines that have many many different varieties of drinks in them, so there’s something for everyone.
The employees here are wonderful they even help me decide on what I was going to order.
The restrooms were clean as well as the seating area and there are so many things to look at on the walls makes for good reading!

Pathetic excuse for customer service. I placed an order through DoorDash, and they allowed it to be taken by someone else before the driver even got there. When I called them, while the driver was waiting, they refused to remake the order until DoorDash sent it to them again. No accountability, complete lack of professionalism. Again, pathetic.

They get a four star review because they were fast, friendly and efficient. They would have received a five, but in typical Zaxby’s fashion they are so inconsistent on their wings. Some times thy are plump, sometimes they’re not. This time they were very small. It looks like they were grabbing them straight from the egg to the fryer. Maybe these are called young chickens. 15 min old.
