I made the mistake of getting DQ outside of Texas. No steak finger baskets or good Texas-styled burgers that I was used to growing up with in Texas. This place is horrible as far as quality. The onion rings were $4, very small and burned to a crisp. Never again!

This is second time I have tried to get my favorite blizzard in a week, New York Strawberry Cheesecake and the second time these people disappoint me. Not going back! First the strawberries were frozen I was told. Tonight I get whole strawberries not strawberry juice, no cream cheese chunks. Nobody educated on how to make anything properly in this place.

I came over there today around 12pm to order my girlfriend parents some 6pc chicken fingers. The young manager was hell rude to me and to her staff. One of the staff apologized but, the manager did not. I was so furious angry because, I ask for two graves for bothwith no drink (which they don’t want a drink) and they gave me only one grave for one basket and two in the other. I was also trying to pay for my meal before driving off. I never did leave. My food was cold and one of her staff knows that I am not leaving until I pay my meal (which I did not move my stinking truck until I pay it. Which I did by the aidewalk) I was treated hateful. I want that girl fired for her behavior. If I ever get another rude behavior like that I want the CEO to fired her for her bad behavior. That was so hell rude. Not going back if this keep up. Show some respect. A costumer is number one. Not you.

The staff is always friendly and efficient, making every visit enjoyable. It’s a great place to take the family, and the atmosphere is welcoming and clean.

Not sure where the issue is but it appears management needs to train better or perhaps be available for employees who need help. Not sure, we didn’t see any management that we could tell. It’s hard watching some customers treat the employees like trash because they aren’t properly trained. Workers had no idea what was going on while we were there. Our order was wrong and delayed a CRAZY amount of time but it took so long to get it we just took what they gave us and went about our day. I think the cashier was in tears over the way a customer teated her as well, and she was just as polite and professional as she could be.

The whole crew was apparently starting their first shift there. Took 50 minutes to get food. Management should not have continued to run DoorDash and the dining area and isolated orders to the drive through while they train folks. Completely unnecessary to stress teenagers out to that degree.

Cars would lineup out into the street just to get serviced at DQ, it was so hectic they had local law enforcement to direct traffic, what happened?
The service sucks, I ordered a cheese burger and onion rings with a medium size peanut butter blizzard. The guy in the window had no clue what he was doing and began wanting to argue with me about what I ordered. He continued saying he just worked there leaving me with a receipt of payment, another person asked had I been waited on, in the meantime people were driving off not want to wait any longer. When I finally got my order and got home I noticed my meal, the blast was melted, I had four onion rings and my burger was the size of a McDonald happy meal all for $22 dollars. No thanks Sonic burgers are my selection from now on.
