Warm, relaxing, and upscale dining. Customer service was excellent, and the food was delicious. I appreciated how quickly they cleared dishes and brought out each course. It’s a busy and pricey spot, dinner for four adults runs over $300 easily.

I went to The Melting Pot for the very first time because my boyfriend wanted to take me somewhere fun and different — and it ended up being such an amazing experience! The whole night was so much fun. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was cozy and interactive, and the staff made everything super easy for a first-timer. We loved getting to cook everything together and try all the sauces. It turned into such a memorable date night, and I’m so glad he brought me here. My fiancé booked The Melting Pot for after our engagement and surprised me with the Sweetheart Package. When we arrived, there was about a 15-minute wait, which the hostess kindly explained was due to being short-staffed that evening.
Once we were seated, my fiancé let our server, Anessa, know that the Sweetheart Package hadn’t been set up yet. Management quickly stepped in and went above and beyond to make it right — bringing us roses, rose petals on the table, a teddy bear, and even a complimentary bottle of wine on the house.
The food was wonderful, and we truly appreciated the effort and care the staff put into making our special night memorable despite the initial hiccup. Overall, it was a great night and a beautiful way to celebrate our engagement. ✨

The experience we had at The Melting Pot was absolutely incredible. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, cozy, and romantic, perfect for a relaxing and memorable night out. The whole fondue experience makes dinner feel interactive and fun, and it’s such a great way to spend time with the people you’re with.
The service truly made the night even better. Our server, Ben, was easily a top 5 server we’ve ever had at any restaurant. He was friendly, attentive, and explained everything perfectly, which made the experience smooth and enjoyable. You can tell he genuinely cares about making sure guests have a great time.
The food was amazing, and we especially loved the seasoning they sell, it’s so good that we had to buy some to take home. Everything was flavorful, fun to prepare, and just overall delicious.
A good tip is to not dump everything in the fondue since you will keep getting items to dip in it until the fondue is gone.

Excellent service. We had a problem and they fixed us right up and took amazing care of us. The manager Emily knows how to run a place and she is so so kind. Hailey is a wonderful waitress and the food is delicious. If you aren’t a fan of alcohol flavor, ask for your cheese fondue with vegetable broth instead!! I would 100% recommend this place.
The fiesta cheese fondue is amazing, as is the teriyaki steak. Absolutely wonderful.

We had a wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. They kindly took our coats, and since we had a child with us, they quickly brought a high chair, which was very thoughtful. Our server was excellent—he explained everything in detail and helped us choose the best options.
There was even someone who came over specifically to entertain our child, which made the evening even more special. The staff went above and beyond to make our night memorable.
As for the food, everything was top-notch. The artichoke and spinach dip was incredible, the “Steak Lover” dish was fantastic, and the seafood was fresh and beautifully presented. Every dish was well-prepared and delicious.
We also ordered two tasting wine each one came with 3 glass of wine and we loved all of them.

Our first time at a Melting Pot Restaurant. This was a really neat experience. We did a Trio meal for two as we are watching our sweets so we passed on the chocolate desserts at the end. Our server was excellent and saved us $11 as they had a 1/2 price special on cheese drips from 4 to 6 p.m. The food was excellent and so fresh. You actually cook your food yourself at the table. Only takes a few minutes to cook. Amazing!!! The four course meal experience run $124 for two people. That is $62 each for a four course meal. A little pricey we felt for the amount of food you received. The cheese dip, pretzel, bread, vegetables and fruit proportions were a good amount. The salads were very fresh and a reasonable portion. The protein plate was the only thing we felt could have been more. We each received 3 shrimp, 4 cubes of chicken, spouse had five pieces of flank steak (very chewy), I had 3 cubes of filet steak (excellent and very tender), spouse had 3 cubes of Salmon and I had two Chicken dumpling things (amazing flavor, think they were something chicken on s stick or something). These were ground and seasoned chicken in a dumpling. Spouse agreed, probably the most flavorful thing on the menu. The dipping sauces were also amazing and a flavor or two for everyone’s taste buds.

The food and overall experience was amazing. Do the 4 course meal you won’t regret it. Great for a date night, I recommend the booth with the curtain to make it a more intimate dinner. Zack our server was attentive, personable, funny, and made it an even better experience for my wife and I on my birthday.
