This is the only Krystals I recommended around Phenix City/Columbus area. The others have served old to rotten food. However this place have served fresh sandwiches mostly, just one time it was not warm. If you want a Krystal, this is the only one here I would try. They are polite and professional, sad to say that’s getting harder to find. Eitherway this has been the best spot in this area for a Krystal burger.

Haven’t lived in Columbus, GA for awhile, one of the workers charged me $0.55 for a water cup. Maybe times are that hard or I got scammed, but he did give me a sausage, egg, and cheese bowl.

I love Krystal! That said: This location was not open for dine-in despite signs indicating that the dining room was open until 8 p.m. We arrived at 7:12 p.m. on 11/7/22 (after being turned away from another location) to find the door locked. NO, I’m not going through the drive thru; I hate to eat in my car and I don’t want to take them home and eat them cold.
If the problem is short staffing because someone called in that day, (unlikely since it seems to be all locations in the area) then put an apologetic note on the door. If the owner or district manager or someone made a decision to close, then be honest enough to change the sign and your Google info.

Ordered 5 Krystals to go. Got home and bottom buns were soaked with water. Took them back and complained and was assured replacements would be fine. This was a 3 mile round trip for nothing. Got home and more of the same. Took photo and shared it with Krystal’s Facebook page. Was advised to file a complaint through official form. Reply from Krystal indicated the store would be notified. No compensation from Krystal. It will be a cold day in hell before I try their products again on my dime

The phone number the owner listed s out of service. And I already complained through their complaint form to no avail as I first remarked. Krystal, get a clue. When you comp me in the form of a gift card, I will give you another try.
