The food was great! My server disappeared a few times, but all in all, I’ll be back. It was well seasoned, the shrimp was cleaned properly, and cooked perfectly! Portion size was nice as well. There’s even truck parking next door!

I had the Special Tapatio and I feel like it was a good variety of ways to serve poor quality ground beef packed with filler. In hindsight I should have went with shredded beef instead. It all came together but only decent. The server was great and there was that awkward pause upon entry for seating. The tea was probably the best part of the meal and the setting is fun but feels a little outdated.

Truck drivers: Absolutely STOP HERE! We actually were staying at the Pilot for the night and saw this little Mexican restaurant getting off the freeway, first thing we noticed, TRUCK PARKING (not overnight). So we said why not and went in for dinner on a Sunday night. We noticed immediately how popular this little place was and now we now why! Out of all the Mexican restaurants we’ve been to in the lower 48, this is the one we’d come back too. The place has a typical Mexican decor, but is clean and quaint. We were asked within 5 minutes for drinks and given delicious chips and salsa, and menus. The menu is quite large so there’s something for everyone. We ordered fajitas and they came steaming hot within 20 minutes. You get warm tortillas, refried beans, rice, lettuce and tomatoes on a separate plate. The actual meal part, was absolutely stacked with all the meat, shrimp, chicken, bell peppers the plate could handle!! The taste was literally the best we’ve had! Just amazing portions too. You won’t leave hungry, this we guarantee. The gentleman that was our waiter was absolutely outstanding ( forgot to get his name) and he never left us unattended to. Just an A+ restaurant for drivers and everyone else!!

The food was fantastic, portions large. The prices were excellent. I recommend the special grande quesadilla! Chimichangas were great too!

Food is always good. But the service definitely sucks I been eating here my whole life and there is this certain waiter refuses to fill out drinks. I never said anything but today I went and brought my cup to him and asked for a refill and he literally rolled his eyes at me. If you order from here definitely do carry out

Food was terrible. Service was even worse. Out of four people and a toddler none of us liked the food. Our drinks barely had any ice and when we asked for more with our next refill we had maybe 4 ice cubes a piece. We all barely touched our plates. It was dry, bland, and tasted like it had been sat out. We were there over an hour and a half. They took absolutely FOREVER to get our refills. They weren’t very busy but the people around us were also upset at the lack of service. That was 100% the worst $150 I’ve ever spent and that’s saying something.

It was great food experience. We had traditional mexican meal for two and it started with inhouse apetizer. We had 5 adults at the table but food came quite quickly. Big parking outside, good for trucks as well. It was really nice rest on the way to Memfis.

This quant little restaurant serves traditional mexican fare. I ordered vegetable and chicken fajitas and it had a bunch of broccoli mixed in with the peppers. Broccoli is not practical vegetable to wrap and eat in a tortia. And the salsa side was so bland we didn’t eat it. I had to pay $ for a small side of pico de gayo but at least it was tasty. The tortilla chips tasted plain.

At the beginning the chips were warm and thin very good there, but as for the salsa no flavor at all tasted more like crushed tomatoes with very and I mean very small amounts of anything else in it.
The server was so soft spoken we both had to repeat ourselves 3-4 times to make sure we got the correct order. I had the Fajitas portas very good with shrimp, chicken, steak, chorizo. Corn tortillas. The only other thing I didn’t like was the cold food came out on a very hot plate with the rice and beans. So with having that I was not able to eat any of the cold sides.
Very very loud inside with what sounded like yelling from customers just to talk over the music.

Food is good. I wouldn’t say great. Service is ok unless it’s a real busy night then the staff seems overwhelmed.
