This place is awesome. Tony is a fantastic team member, I left very impressed. Maybe I haven’t been to chic fil a in a while but the whole team here cares and it shows. I really hope management rewards this location often because at such a busy intersection, they hold it down.

The Service here is Spectacular! The Restaurant is extremely CLEAN! The staff members are super professional, kind, & ***knowledgeable (about the products). Everyone is so ready/willing to serve & super enthusiastic. Upon entering this place, I love hearing the “Welcome to Chick-fil-A” greeting. I really DO feel welcomed. These are some fun & Awesome individuals. Oh yes, not to mention the uniformity in this place is absolutely Terrific! In mere observation staff members seem to all Love where they work as well as what they do & it shows by how they treat each & everyone of their guests. I also Love the overall diversity of the staff. Lisa, the manager, runs a very nice store. *Shout out to staff members Clare (Cashier) & Marie (Dining Host) who did an Outstanding job in service* You can see that each staff member really cares about their jobs & are overseen by a Manager as well as a Management Team which cares about staff members & the customers alike. It’s rare to come across such a healthy balance in the Downtown, Silver Spring area. Congratulations on executing Excellence overall The only thing I’d recommend is adding VEGAN CHICKEN to the Menu so that I don’t have to only come here for the fries & drinks but I do understand that request may be a corporate thing. I’m willing to wait. *smiles*

While visiting the DC area from California, I stopped into this location for a quick meal. The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh, and a special shoutout to Myla who assisted me with superior service! She was friendly, helpful, and even gave me a few recommendations for things to do in the area. Very nice experience!

This has been my go to chic fil a for years now but this location has stopped putting any salt on the fries for the last few months and I am livid! I even added salt packets to my order and they didn’t include them! If salt is an issue- they shouldn’t be eating fast food! Cook the fries with some damn salt fries mann! Or go across the street to Roaming Roaster, their chicken sandwich and fries are freshly made to order. Hmph!

Son usually loves chic filA… not this time! His tenders are well done!, too crispy n didn’t like the Mac n Cheese he ate his chicken sandwich though. There was no chic filA sauces or Mayo like requested. This location has a hard time getting orders right. For me at least. There’s always 1 thing missing! Double check your items before leaving.

I wish they would ask the people who clean up to pick up the chairs and stools when pushing them in instead of dragging them or put some rubber tips on them.

I’ve had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the rudest chik fil a manager. An order was placed and when I noted that more than half of the order was missing, the manager said that the cameras would have to be checked. I personally feel as though the situation should have been handled entirely differently and am truly disappointed with this experience especially after having placed a catering order meant for first responders.

After my 3 year old housed 12 nuggets on his way home from the indoor playground, he demanded more chicken…. and I was curious to see how many more he could eat! Him and I drove down to the spot and ordered up some nugs, it was bussin’!
After grabbing the dank nugs, we stepped outside and watched a group of Hindu folks singing “Hare Krishna” outside the store… not the religious music i was expecting outside a Chic-fil-a, but I was not dissapointed (and you won’t be either!)

This is the best Chick Fil A location I’ve had the pleasure of visiting. I dropped in for lunch and the interior is decorated wonderfully, the tables and bathroom are clean, the food was hot and presentable, and the staff is pleasant.
