I ordered two days in a row, one in person one delivered through the app.
In person the food was prepared well and the portions were correct.
The delivery order was one of the worst bowls I’ve ever seen, less than half full and was mostly shredded cheese.
I’m grateful that it was a gift card purchase and I didn’t waste money on it.
They were literally out of almost everything. No chicken, no steak, no sofritas, and no other meat options. There were no fresh vegetables and no corn. It honestly felt like they had nothing available. There was chicken that looked like it was ready but hadn’t been cut yet, which made the situation even more frustrating. The chips were also stale.
The service was awful. Most of the staff had an attitude, which only made a bad situation worse. The only bright spot was one girl working the register who was clearly in training and actually had a good attitude.
To make matters worse, the majority of the tables were dirty, even though the restaurant was not busy. It also looked like there were at least seven people working at the time, which makes it even more confusing as to why nothing was in order or being handled properly.
When I finally got my food, the chicken was completely unseasoned. Easily the most bland chicken I’ve ever had at a Chipotle.
Overall, this was a terrible experience from start to finish. Poor service, lack of food options, dirty dining area, and extremely low quality. I will not be returning to this particular Chipotle.
I ordered on the app, so I was able to customize if I wanted “light” or “extra” on some ingredients. Most of the time small details like that are ignored. I get it – things get busy in the store and it’s just another online order to fill. But this time, you guys totally nailed it.
I was so impressed to the point of coming in here and writing a review! I’ve never had a bad experience at this specific Chipotle, but I’ve also never had a positive experience that was worth noting, let alone one that warranted a review.
I really hope management sees this and takes a page out the Tues 12/23 6pm team’s book. It’s such a small detail, I know, but things like that make all the difference to repeat, local customers.
Nice work, team!!! I appreciate it!!!!
The staff member preparing food didn’t seem to notice or care about the overall cleanliness. It was honestly hard to enjoy the meal knowing how poorly maintained the area was.
Chipotle usually has much better standards, but this location seriously needs attention from management. Cleanliness and food safety should never be compromised.
Kaleah (name on the receipt) was the cashier. She seemed inconvenienced when we asked for cups. My husband said the manager was not friendly either.
The outside area had a lot of litter everywhere.
