First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. 1st timer. Service was complete trash but my daughter really wanted to try this place. When we first walked in the kids (hostess)were so deep into their conversation we were not greeted. They literally finished the non work related convo before even acknowledging us. Not a greeting. The young girl took the order for to go then we sat and waited. A different woman came passed us like 15 min later to put food on a rack so I asked her is my order coming up shortly. She went back and read the bag and said this is your order. If I had not asked I would have still been sitting there. I had not been told anything. The staff was absolutely clueless and immature. But the kitchen staff was on point. The food was great. I will try again on a weekday. Maybe that’s the adult staff shift.

I have visited First Watch many times and this was not the best experience for me. The service was very lackluster today. My server was not very attentive to our needs. Our food was delivered and there was hair on my wife’s food. It had to get another server to get my servers attention to let her aware of the situation. She simply said my fault and asked this I need them to remake the entire thing over again. We eventually got our food back, however there wasn’t a manager visit to the table or anything. I end up paying for bad service and meal that was not up to par on the first delivery today. I would not be attending this location again unfortunately.

I have been coming here since 2021. Here is my honest review. First, best advice! Use the reservation system if you plan on going on the weekend to beat the rush. You usually still have to wait 10min, but better than coming and waiting 40min to an hour and am greeted with a hello and friendly faces most every time depending on how busy they are. When you walk in to this location you get a barn/ farmhouse type feeling with the decor. The music isn’t blasting in your ear like a lot of places so you can have a comfortable conversation. The temperature is pleasant, but if you are skinny like me, maybe, bring a jacket. The waiters are usually friendly but it’s a mixed bag. They aren’t robots you know. They are human like us. So remember sometimes things happen and they want to get home as quickly as they got here and as much as you are going to treat them like a number, they are going to do the same. I have many favorite waitresses and some are still here and some have gone. It’s the business, unfortunately, so please don’t take it out on the waitress/waiter if yours no longer serves. Last, The food is always on point unless running to beat the clock and at that point it’s on me since I was late and it was just before they stop serving. Remember the cooking staff have somewhere to be after they are done in the back. This place is amazing and I hope wherever I land will have a First Watch too!

I’m true to first watch & go pretty often. My boyfriend & I love it. We decided to go to the Chamblee location which isn’t our regular spot.
I put 3 stars not for our server, but for the hosts. We were on the waitlist & multiple people were sat before us. One host said one thing & another host said another. I get technology does what it wants to do regarding the iPad waitlist process, but there has to be improvement when it comes to managing who’s next in line & communication. Thankfully the wait wasn’t long.
Now Ty our server? She was the bomb! She deserves 5 stars. I have to give her a shout out because she turned our experience all the way around. Her energy was everything.

Im Your Left Foot
I was driving down Florida this weekend and decided to stop for breakfast in Chamblee. From the moment we walked in, the experience was amazing. The host opened the door for me and my elderly mom and greeted us with so much kindness. They helped us find a seat where my mom felt comfortable, which really meant a lot to us. Our waitress, William, was incredible very attentive and fast. Our food came out hot and ready to eat, and everything was delicious. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

Came in, server was complaining that she only wanted to take her regulars. Fine. So we were hoping we didn’t get her but we did. She was nice just inattentive. The cups were covered in grime. Couldn’t get her attention to change them out. Food was great we came here because we knew what to expect. When it was time to pay. We couldn’t wave her down. She was in the kitchen eating . Okay.. fine. We stacked all our plates someone passing by grabbed our plates. I had my husband take the kids to the car and I waited for the check. 8 minutes of waiting and I finally got to pay. Glad we’re just passing through.
