This Starbucks coffee shop on Fairview Rd is slightly larger than some Starbucks stores. The friendly staff makes me feel at home. Plus, depending on who’s making your special drinks, you’ll get a personalized message on your cup, which is what really makes my day when I stop here.

Ordered ahead for in-store pickup. When I arrived my food item was ready and still warm, so I ate it while I waited for my drink. I sat and watched car after car be served while I continued to wait. The baristas behind the counter saw me waiting and didn’t ask what I was waiting on. After 15 minutes of waiting for my drink I approached the counter to ask and was told someone would be right with me. Then another barista, maybe the shift lead, walks by and when I told her I was waiting on my drink she said “we’ll call it when it’s ready.” I pointed out that I’d already gotten and consumed my food and she interrupted me to say that food comes out differently than drinks, which I am well aware of. She then told me again they’d call my drink when it was ready as I tried to explain it had been 15 minutes of waiting. I didn’t want to argue so I sat back down and waited another 5 minutes for my drink that was very poorly made and missing an ingredient.

No disrespect to the barista making the drinks because he was the only person trying to keep up with orders, getting no support from the other team members in the store. I didn’t appreciate getting interrupted and rudely told “it will be ready whenever it’s ready” as I watched every car in the drive-thru get served in a timely manner. I typically avoid this location because the service is terrible, and this interaction reinforced that nothing has changed. Food service is a tough job but I wasn’t rude to the staff before I was met with a rude and dismissive tone. Try listening to what somebody is saying before you assume they’re just being impatient.

Love this location! New young guy Jake really pleasant and knows his stuff. He got my drink absolutely perfect, very very tasty and many baristas working there for years don’t get my drink this perfect! I was very surprised. They hire the best people. 🙂 thank you.

We had the best time here, unexpected ended up at this location tonight and hands down that most kind interaction I’ve had from another human in awhile. I wish others would be as kind as their employees were. They went above and beyond. Corrin specifically helped us make our choices of her favorite drinks and even introduced us to a new item of food that will now be on our favorites list. Corrin was absolutely kind and patient and took the time to go above and beyond by helping us learn how to use one of the merchandise items that we were looking at! 10/10 would recommend and will DEFINITELY be choosing this location from here on out. ❤️

Horrible service! My sister and I went through the drive-through and ordered two hot coffees. One of them was handed to us without a sleeve, and the lid wasn’t secured properly. As I passed it to my sister in the passenger seat, the coffee spilled all over her and inside my car. She now has burn marks on her legs.

When I tried to get help, the employee slammed the window shut and refused to return. I had to wave down another worker, who opened the window, rolled her eyes at me, and handed me napkins after I explained what happened. Before I could ask for a remake of the spilled coffee (which was now half gone), she slammed the window again.

This kind of treatment is unacceptable. If Starbucks allows its employees to behave like this, I will gladly take my business elsewhere. I do not recommend visiting this location.

I was in town and stopped by this Starbucks, and the whole environment was great from start to finish. The store felt welcoming, clean, and relaxed, which made it an easy place to unwind for a bit. V played a huge part in that atmosphere. They were friendly, attentive, and set such a positive tone for the entire space. My drink was made perfectly, and everything flowed smoothly without feeling rushed. You can tell V genuinely cares about both the customers and the overall vibe of the store. If you are visiting this location while you are in town, this Starbucks and especially V is absolutely worth the stop.

I order a mobile order ahead of time and got the store to get my order, I patiently waited for my last drink in my order to see that my app said it was ready but still didn’t have my drink. The barista continued to help the people she knew in the store rather than make my drink first after I was already waiting a good 10 minutes for my last drink and then the drink was made wrong.

I love my Fairview Road Starbucks, and I love their barista, Megan! She is the absolute best, top tier customer service, and any drink she makes is a 10/10. (Also, I love you Starbucks for setting an example and dropping the upcharge on plant based milks. You have a customer for life )

I always go here with my friends and my co-workers and husband today we ordered two fraps and a strawberry aci yet we order as soon as we got to the window and never kissed yet we order I was asking my husband what did he want to order in Spanish yet we got to the drive through and this black young lady gives us our last two drinks and says (for future reference we have cameras) claiming we were making out…. Not once did I kiss or make out with my husband yet if I did it’s my problem but all we did was order… she kept saying that they had cámaras and I told her to get to the point and said we couldn’t kiss or what so ever maybe won’t be going ever again I prefer to go to the one on west Georgia we always go to the one on farview because I work right beside it and always have great customer service never once had an issue
