We went in Bojangles this morning, a couple of people were in the drive thru when we arrived. Two customers were waiting ahead of us, still needing to have their orders taken but no one was taking orders at the counter (two more customers came in after us ). After a couple of minutes the employee at the drive thru came over and took one customer’s order and walked off, I’m guessing to fill said customer’s order. The store has been open an hour, there’s 4-5 employees in the building and for some reason every employee (including management) is congregating at the drive thru or in the back while customers are still needing to be helped. All of the remaining customers left within minutes due to lack of service. Poor management will to the decline and replacement of the store with a company/business that can do their job with speed and professionalism. Step up your game Bojangles in Crossville, you are truly disappointing.

I was excited to see Bojangles during my trip. I had last eaten at one of these in 2022 while traveling in NC. I really liked their chicken and iced tea before. I especially like their salad. However, this particular Bojangles didn’t have salads. The chicken was nothing special not the iced tea which last time I bought more to go. I don’t know if their recipes have changed or my taste buds but I wasn’t impressed with the food like I was in 2022.

Food took over 20 min to get and they weren’t busy. Forgot our biscuits (thats literally your whole brand). And was asked if we wanted 2 heart shaped boberry biscuits, when we opened the box they definitely weren’t hearts they were circles. Worst experience I’ve ever had here.

As for the food, the sandwich was hot, fresh, and delicious. The fries were way too salty. The dirty rice was good. The sodas were good. The chicken supremes though were not very fresh. I would have rather waited for some minutes for fresh than to have been served some that were tough and lukewarm. We came to the drive thru at an awkward time, after lunch but before dinner. I really wish that restaurants would just say “there will be a however long wait for some fresh food”.

The breakfast bowls are an absolute joke.Weve bought breakfast here for alot of years but the bowls are a swing and a miss.Sure they taste good but 2 ounces of food for 6 dollars is terrible value.My 7 year old slender daughter was still hungry after eating her 2 ounce breakfast bowl.getting greedy over there.

It never fails, just when I decide to give Bojangles another chance, I am disappointed. The sides are already undersized, they don’t even give full containers. More times than not, I have gone home with my Tailgate box and something is missing. The price is higher and the service not improving. On a positive note, the breasts and thighs were tasty.
