“I was disappointed with the value at Chapala. Our bill for three people came to $70 for basic items like three enchiladas and a burrito. While the food was okay, it definitely wasn’t worth nearly $25 per person. There are plenty of other Mexican spots in the area that offer better portions for a much fairer price.”

I loved the water. They put something addicting in that water. I almost got sic off of drinking sooo much water from this restaurant. It tastes sooo good. I drank sooo much water that when they bring the food I’m already full. Love, Isaac

We ordered to go this time. For starters, usually the meal will come with chips and salsa from these guys. Not this time. But both dinners….something is off. Maybe a new cook? I don’t think I’ve ever had a Chile rellenos quite this bland, which might be the reason for enchilada sauce added? And the taco meat on the taco salad? Yuck!!!

Amazing service and amazing food. Ordered chicken mole, and it was delish. I’m very disappointed about the size portion of all of it, however. The rice and beans are cheap, and even those were skimpy. The chicken mole was mostly onions, and I counted 6 small pieces of chicken in the whole dish. This was off the dinner menu. Very sad. I got 3 tortillas instead of 4. Yes, it was good, but was very small portions for being a dinner menu item. The chicken tortilla soup was good with lots of chicken in it. The other guest was very happy with her choice. The service was amazing!

Yummy food, amazing staff. Quick to fix any issues. On top of refilling drinks. And amazing birthday experiences. Yummy fried ice cream dessert also. The only suggestion I would have is not to put a fountain soda refill limit on your menu.

The staff here is amazing, super friendly and fun! Drinks never run out, chips & salsa are good and refilled. The food has been hit and miss at times, for the most part I’ve had good meals, this last one was very old and not so fresh…in fact I didn’t eat most of it.

The food was excellent!! The staff was very friendly! Our waitress didn’t check in with us much and did miss bringing us items we ask for. We were there around 4:30pm. Although they weren’t that busy in the restaurant, they were preparing for dinner service. We will go back because we love them and can always depend on the food being delicious!

Very dissatisfied with this restaurant. I ordered take out and though my $60 order (chicken and steak fajita + chicken quesadilla) was prepared in less than 20 mins, it shows. My $17 quesadilla would probably make fast food look appetizing, the bottom was completely soaked in grease and the top was soaked in sour cream. If I would of eaten it, which I couldn’t stomach the soggy texture, it would’ve had to of been with a fork (or perhaps straw ) . My fajitas consisted of little meat and large pieces of basically raw onions and peppers. If you want fast food at sit down prices, look no further.
