Went to a dairy Queen in Albany a couple days ago. I can’t even remember the last time I saw a dairy Queen, I wasn’t even sure they were still in business…
So let’s say it’s 20 years since I’ve been to one, everything I remembered stayed the same. Very friendly staff, quick service, and most importantly, they still have the option of GRAVY as a dipping sauce!
And of course a chocolate sundae for dessert was included in my $7 lunch!

I was extremely disappointed with this location and Kara and Sara’s service. We ordered 2 small blizzards hoping to use a BOGO coupon for blizzards. Coming to the drive through window we were told that they were unable to honor our coupon. They said it came from a different store and their store wasn’t participating. We had used the same coupon from the back of a receipt that had multiple copies. All fair. We had gotten lucky a few times if that was true to their policy.
However when presented with our blizzards the first one was flipped to show it was thick per Dairy Queen corporate policy, the second blizzard wasn’t flipped when it was presented. We pointed this out to the employees but they said again. Their store wasn’t participating. That they only had to flip one. Again odd since they don’t seem to stand by a corporate policy but okay fine. We are okay paying full price for the two blizzards. We drive away and as I’m eating my blizzard I realize that a mix in I payed and was charged extra for was missing.
I’m overall really disappointed with our experience and would advise everyone to skip this location. My family feels sad and taken advantage of over this customer interaction

Food was great service was great I have fur babies when I got to the window and they saw the girls they asked if they wanted pup cups as they waged their tails in happiness and excitement…. Normally this is where we go after last night I will not be going back it was horrible I ordered a bacon burger and three of the double burgers very specific no onions nothing except mail and ketchup I ordered three of those and the double bacon burger and we ordered the Texas type toast that comes with the chicken basket I spent 30 bucks which is a lot for me I don’t make a lot of money I get it home none of it is edible there was so much mayonnaise and ketchup it was all over the bun it was all over the inside of the wrapper the burgers were squished every single burger had onions on them when I specifically ordered them with no onions the Texas type toast was old toast they just added extra butter to it was so hard you couldn’t even eat it I still have it I called them immediately when I got home and so the mess I got and basically was told back not acceptable I’ve been trying to call since I got home this afternoon nobody answers the phone I don’t have $30 too just throw away for dinner that I can’t even feed my dogs I will not be going back I’m very sad and very disappointed it was clear to me that the staff that was working did not care my food was such a mess yes they were busy I that’s still not an excuse to treat your customers that help pay your wage like they don’t matter so I will be trying to find somewhere else to go

I don’t know what was worse — the rude service, the sad excuse for food, or the fact that I PAID EXTRA for extra Oreos and got zero extra anything. Not a crumble, not a cookie — just a straight-up lie in a cup.
Food was cold, bland, and borderline gross. Like they gave up halfway through cooking and hoped no one would notice. Spoiler alert: I noticed.
If I wanted attitude and disappointment, I’d text my ex.

They wont take any bills higher than a 20 ? Even if the order is 50 or over. Incredibly inconvenient and baffling in terms of business. If you don’t want to take people’s money then why are you open?

For starters….even though we we clearly ordered at the counter to dine in, they still gave us the food as to-go.
In addition, my burger didn’t have bacon, and my Dad’s burger had bacon (when he said they didn’t want bacon.) Plus, the burgers didn’t taste the same as they usually do.
Despite the problems during my experience here, the people working there were very nice. They did give us a free blizzard because our online coupon was glitchy, so it wasn’t super bad…
If you go and order here, it’s best if you’re specific- I suppose.

Absolutely Disgusting – Never Again.
Where do I even begin? The fries were straight-up soaked in oil. Not crispy. Not warm. Just greasy, limp sadness in a paper tray. It felt like I bit into a bottle of motor oil—disgusting.
As for the chicken? I don’t know how old it was, but it tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp since last week. Dry, rubbery, and borderline inedible. If this is what they’re serving, someone needs to check their freezer (or maybe just throw the whole kitchen out).
And don’t even get me started on the customer service. I’ve had better conversations with a brick wall. The staff looked like they hated being there, and it showed. Rude, unhelpful, and couldn’t care less about the mess they handed me.
