Somethings were missing when I got home. I returned to the store and the employees were standing around high and couldn’t get orders right. The cook was on the phone and another guy was just leaning on the wall. The gentleman that was getting the items missing from my order was very nice and was actually doing his job.

There’s a tall black man that works there and he is very rude. He gave my mother old salty chicken and hard biscuits. He was terrible to her on the phone and when I called he hung up on me. Don’t go here. Everybody is rude and they’re always getting the order wrong. Go to the other one, they are much nicer and their store is actually CLEAN.

The popeyes on 80 is trash. I love the one on fair road and its always been great. But the one on 80 is slow. The food is gross i got cheese bites that was just a blob of cheese. Potatoes were thick and hardly any gravy. Got no spoon, napkins or honey i specificly put on the order. Worst popeyes experience ive had.

Mostly our fault but we came a hour before closing as it says on the maps, but the door was locked, and there wasn’t anyone inside, so we assumed it was closed. Drove by later and it was just the last hour was drive through only I believe.

DONT GO HERE EVER!!!!!
First of all, the couldn’t even make my order right. I had to wait in the parking lot for them to remake it. So much for “fast” food. Then when I did get my food it was just bad! The sweet tea tasted off somehow. How do you mess up sweet tea??? The fries tasted old, like the fryer oil really needed to be replaced. GROSS!! And my wings were literally swimming in a pool of sauce. We’re they too lazy to actually toss them in sauce???
And let’s just say it gave me some issues down the road as well.

They said their system was down ….. but they were all outside smoking and shooting tictok tweaking videos. Go to the one on 80 instead. Super friendly staff and great service. Wonderful food .

This store sucks. No such thing as customer service from manger down to staff. The manger asked me to call back in 10 minutes to take care of my problem. 10 minutes later no one answered and messages are full. Just bad customer service.
