Thin crust pizza so burnt was breaking apart, crazy bread all stuck together. Someone who had been waiting 10 minutes yelled is anyone taking orders and an employee from the back said no! He finally walked out! Nobody speaks to any customer at all. This isn’t only Kenosha, 2 in Milwaukee and one in Greenfield exactly the same! I will never go back there. I will pay more for a place that still cares about their customers!
I’m like cool let me go pick it up and when I get there , there was 10 people (no exaggeration)waiting for their orders, arms crossed and they weren’t happy. Luckily I wasn’t really in a rush. The hot holders where my order was supposed to be held weren’t even being used , they were bare bones. Dust coming out of the vents, signaling they probably aren’t used very often let alone cleaned.
When I walked in , it really smelled great/fresh which was nice but when I brought my order home…. The pizzas looked like they’d been sitting for an hour. Barely any sauce, crust to pizza ratio was 65-35 crust. Breadsticks had the consistency of rubber. Didn’t sit well at all once we ate this. I had to throw the other pizza away which was unfortunate because it literally tasted what I’d imagine cardboard to taste like.
Not to mention when I left the restaurant , I still told them thank you because I realized they were not having great shifts it seemed like. They just stared at me and didn’t say a word. I will say they weren’t slacking off , they were working and not out standing around. I just think maybe they got behind or the proper prep wasn’t executed. The price is great I got 2 pizzas and breadsticks for 16 dollars. But the product was just far from satiating.
Looking at some other reviews , I can see I’m not the only person who’s had issues. Seems to be weekly which is disappointing. With prices the way they are these days , the demand is great and it’s hard to find employees. No place is perfect but I was very disappointed in my experience with this little Caesars.
Subject: Complaint Regarding Delayed and Undercooked Order – Little Caesars
Dear Little Caesars Customer Service,
I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent experience with your restaurant. On [insert date], I placed an order through the Little Caesars app at 6:48 PM. The app provided a pickup time of 7:15-7:20 PM. I arrived at the store at 7:10 PM and waited, expecting my order to be ready shortly. However, I did not receive my food until 8:02 PM—42 to 47 minutes beyond the estimated time.
To make matters worse, the food was clearly rushed and severely undercooked. The pizzas were so doughy that when attempting to take a slice, the middle caved in and stuck to the box. This issue was not limited to just one pizza, but both, along with the other food items I ordered. It was incredibly disappointing to bring home such poor-quality food to five hungry children, only to find it inedible. As a result, I had to spend an additional amount at McDonald’s just to ensure they had something to eat—on top of the $48 I already wasted on this order.
This experience was frustrating, inconvenient, and unacceptable. I expect better quality and service from a well-established chain like Little Caesars. I kindly request a resolution to this issue, whether in the form of a refund or store credit, as the food provided was not edible or up to reasonable standards.
I would appreciate a prompt response regarding this matter. Thank you for your time.

1 start is to much I just waited 20 mins for them to tell me sorry every is at a 45 min wait this is like the 3rd time I’m not coming back (its never hot and ready) i even tryed calling ahead and still wait over 30min
Update and upgrade to a 4 star I’ve been back a few times now and can honestly say the service has gotten better
I ordered the $4.95 special that was clearly displayed and ended up being charged almost $26. I pointed directly to the sign showing the item and price, but there was a communication breakdown and no one could clearly explain the charge.
After asking for it to be corrected, I was initially offered only a couple dollars back instead of fixing the actual mistake. At that point, I requested a full refund. It took several minutes to resolve, and the refund was given in cash instead of being returned to my card, which didn’t sit right with me.
I’ve worked in the restaurant industry, so I understand things happen. But pricing should be honored as advertised, and refunds should be handled properly and professionally.
Unfortunately, this experience was frustrating enough that I won’t be returning to this location.
The franchisee needs to be held to account for whats going on with people’s food.
Every review on here has comments of undercooked food as the are rushing the process to fulfill “Door Dash” orders like a factory and this can’t continue to be ignored.
This establishment is a health risk to the community and needs to answer in turn.
Reporting this immediately, I want to see a random inspection done so I’m going to also contact mayors office as well.
Just because this is fast food doesn’t give you the right to serve people undercooked food in a non-sanitary setting.
