Ordered food from drive through drove off and realized they didn’t complete my order so as I wasted yet more gas for my food they forgot, I politely asked if they could add another sandwich on, due to me doing their job. They then handed me another bag of food and shocker still only 1 sandwich and they place a bunch of napkins on the top so I couldn’t see it right away. Worst McDonalds I’ve ever had btw..

Not sure why it’s so hard for people to do the job they are hired to do?! They forgot my fries. Went back, they gave them to me. Get home and there’s no bacon on my BACON BURGER. They always forget to put sauces in the bag…. and napkins? Those apparently don’t exist here. I never leave reviews but it’s so frustrating that at least one thing will be messed up when I order from here. It’s definitely worth the drive to Franklin to order from that location.

Food is so dry, my fish fillet was so unappetizing I don’t know whether to laugh or be mad that they couldn’t give me a full slice of cheese instead of a half. The fish fillet sandwich is also gotten a lot smaller over time.

I wasn’t going to find myself here leaving a review for McDonalds but the service within the last month on days has been horrible. I work in Oil City and went over 4 times to McDonalds to grab lunch. Every single time something was messed up, the last 3 times I requested hot mustard to dip my fries in, keep in mind they charge $.25 per dipping sauce. None of the times I have received the actual dipping sauce and they are so quick to throw the order out the window and shut it without asking any questions its embarrassing. and the lone other time I ordered a “sweet tea” and i received an unsweetened tea. I did not know it was that difficult to read a screen and fulfill an order, I completely understand mistakes happen, but they are 0/4, on reading an order correctly. It is frustrating.

I have gone here twice in the past week through the drive through on my way to work. When I got to work I noticed my order was wrong both times. When I called the they were very rude on the phone. Franklin PA McDonalds will be getting my business from now on. UPDATE: got a response with a link to contact McDonald’s and the link led me to a page that doesn’t exist anymore. Way to go McDonald’s. I will go elsewhere.

For the most part it really depends on when you go and if they have enough staff I think they could do a great job all the time if they had enough people. They just have a lot of people that quit and call off

I like McDonald’s. They had a bad reputation for awhile, but have responded well, by and large. The restaurants all look great, the uniforms look better and they’ve expanded the menu.

This place is terrible. Evert time we order from there, something is messed up. Out of the 21 items we ordered for dinner tonight, 2 items were edible. See the picture for how raw my quarter pounder was. I almost got sick when I saw it. Do yourself a favor and order from ANYWHERE else!

This McDonald’s has the freshest foods and it’s always warm! Not sure what they do different here but I will pass three other McDonald’s restaurants to go to this one! Great food team!
