I ordered a concrete mixer and recieved it completely melted and not even cold with not an ounce of intact frozen custard in it. This place has seriously gone downhill. Anytime you order even a sundae after 7pm it’s melted. They used to have that normal thick and actually cold custard. If you can’t keep the ice cream at ice cream consistency I don’t understand why you’re selling it.

I was at Culver’s with my Mom and she takes awhile to order and asks some questions. Anyway, Raigan waited on us. She was so sweet! She took her time with my Mom and answered all of her questions. I’ve never seen such a sweeter person who worked at a fast food restaurant. If she worked for my business, I would totally make her a manager!

Had a bad experience waiting for my carry out. Called and spoke with owner who said he wanted to make it right. Said he would mail me out some coupons to give them another chance. I said ok. That was 2 weeks ago. This says alot for management. I just got a random survey request on my last visit to Culvers. I made sure I let them know about the bad customer service and also how I spoke with owner who wanted to rectify what happened 3 was ago. Have not heard back from him.since. I think I will call the corporate office just to let them know what happened.

These guys used to be so generous when you got one scoop of the flavor of the day

I love Culver’s sandwiches and always will. Last night I went in with my in-laws and noticed the blonde female cashier made a face to the boy at the drive through window. She walk away before my in-laws would start ordering. It gave me a weird feeling, and listen, my in-laws can be a pain sometimes lol but I didn’t like seeing that at all.
To work in customer service you need patience, lots of it. And if you are tired and don’t want to deal with seniors then you can make fun of them but privately.
If you are going to have someone else take over the register, do say so. It was plain weird.

Pulled around a corner to pay for my meal. And there are literally 8 freaking cars. Waiting to get their food. I am the ninth, this is a joke. And I can see inside there is hardly anybody inside. My daughter kiddie burgers was under cooked (pinkish red). I took it up to counter, manager came and looked at it, she said she was going to show the cook. They made a new much nicer burger. They corrected the problem. But I would have thought it would have been nice if they gave us free coupon for a hamburger.
The rest of us ate slowly so our burgers and fries were cold, so she wouldn’t have to eat alone. We normally do lunch at this Culver’s, which has always been good.
