After seeing the King Cake shake online, I needed to try it. Persuaded hubby to get dinner here, a 35 minute drive from home. The shake was delicious! The food was good and fresh. My only complaints were: between the person in front of us receiving their order and us receiving our order, the wait was a bit long. And secondly, they do not have the option to add lettuce or tomato to your sandwich.
Edit: When we went, I asked what all came on the cheeseburger. I did not specifically ask if they had lettuce and tomato, but thanks to the owner’s reply, I know now that they do have these toppings and will definitely be coming back for more!

Wow, I was pleasantly blown away by this gem! It takes you straight back in time, the employees were excellent and attentive! They accept cards too! The chilli cheeseburger was amazing highly recommend. I also got the cheese fries they were delicious! The chocolate shake was excellent as well. Overall will be stopping by next time I’m in town, highly recommend!

There is no atmosphere!!! Lol. It is an old fashioned drive up and order at the window place. The kids were not overly friendly but certainly not rude. No complaints about their service. I can only speak to the ice cream….. it was fabulous! I wish I had a picture of my dad literally wearing his banana split! It was overflowing with goodness!! They have MALT!!! I rarely find malt! It was a treasured family moment!

Deens burger was great and the Ice Cream Nachos were fantastic. Loved the experience of this Drive-up and order at the counter model. The burgers were a little messy, but very tasty. Definitely recommend!

Local fast food drive thru that’s been here forever. Classic style with a basic menu of burgers, dogs, fries and ice cream. You can get anything smothered in chilli cheese. The chilli cheese fries were good, but I remember the chilli cheese dog not hitting the spot. Chilli cheese dogs are an oddly local preference in my experience. You probably don’t like the coney islands I grew up with. The double cheese burger is way better than anything that you can get from any of the actual drive thru in town. My root beer float was the biggest let down. The ice cream was rich and creamy, but the root beer had no flavor. Everything ended oddly bland and wasn’t even sweet? Maybe the fountain drink syrup was going out. Tis the season for milkshakes, I’ll be back.

While the chili cheese burgers and fries are a bit simple and small by today’s standards, they still hit the spot for a classic drive in. But the real star is the ice cream! Make sure to get a chocolate and vanilla swirl cone. Easily the best soft serve I’ve ever had!

This place came highly recommended and this was $27.00 waste of money. A double burger was ordered fully dressed. Not what we got. I hate this since it was hyped up. The Chilli cheese fries were good.

The burgers were so good I wished I had gotten 2 but didn’t want to go back looking greedy will be back for more. Only minor complaint is the hot dog warmer in the window could use a cleaning, was going to get a hotdog until we noticed the grime on it. Prices were great as we got two burgers, fries and a float for the price of 1 burger in VA. (~$14)
