We were so excited to finally make it to try the ice cream sundae cupcakes. Valentnes Ice cream sundae cupcakes looked nothing like the picture advertised. Cups were only half full at most. Must have been pre-made and sitting in freezer for a while , as had freezer burned taste. Called store to let them know and request a refund or replacement, spoke to the manager/GM who identified himself as the “owner” and said his name was “Yes”. He told us it was our fault, if we didnt like it and if we already took a bite of it, there was nothing he could do. Then he proceeded to hang up the phone on us. Worst Dairy Queen customer service ever experienced. This is not the Dairy Queen Corp we know from all the years past. Smh. We won’t be returning to this location.

The drive through asked me to pull forward to a parking spot to wait for a couple of blizzards. We then sat there along with multiple other people for over 45 minutes, before going inside to get a refund. It took another 10 minutes to get my refund, because they couldn’t even find my order, and ended up manually rebuilding it to give me the credit.

In the 45 minutes I waited, I never saw a single worker come to ANY of the 3+ cars that were waiting in the back spots. They would come outside to give whoever was in the 1 spot at the end of the drive through their stuff, look at all of us, and go back inside. My only guess is that no one wanted to walk the extra 20 steps to give any of us our food, as there didn’t seem to be any plans to get us anything when another lady and I went in.

Stopped in tonight to grab something with some friends and didn’t realize they were closing early for Thanksgiving. Everyone on staff was amazing. Brittany showed amazing customer service skills by being able to multi task the front counter and driver through orders at the same time. The whole team are rockstars!!

We went through the drive-thru. Thought I’d treat the family to ice cream cones, but Chick Fil A was closed already. Pull around to the window, and they’re grabbing the top, uncovered parts of the cones with their bare hands. Handling money, wiping and touching who knows that. I could already sense a bad attitude, so didn’t bother complaining, because it felt like there would be some retaliation. So as we were driving off, I told the kids not to lick/eat any part of the cone.

Zero hygiene. Won’t be back. And any customer reps at this location, don’t bother writing an apology to this. It’s clear from the numerous other negative reviews that you do nothing whatsoever to educate your employees, or expect high standards.

Out of all the promises listed on the picture, the only one fulfilled was the promise to flip my blizzard.

My daughter waited over 20 minutes at the counter for somebody to take her order. The man preparing the food came and took her order but never cashed her out. Because she was taking so long to come out I came into the store I waited like 10 minutes before I was acknowledged at all. The same man who took my daughters order told me he could not cash us out because he was not assigned to that register, the manager was. When I asked him could he get the manager? He said she busy and walked off from me. That was one of the rudest experiences I’ve had here and trust me there’s been a few. The manager eventually came, apologized for my wait and cash me out. After that I still waited 10 additional minutes just for a blizzard. I stopped coming to this location for a while due to their poor customer service so it’s sad to know after years, Dairy Queen still has unappreciative employees. You have a job no matter what it is, you should be grateful, you should deliver the promises your company committed to! If you don’t want to be there then go somewhere else but don’t serve my food with that energy. I’m not coming back here.

I’m surprised this place is still open. Went inside to order a meal. Took 20 minutes with no one in front of me around 5pm. Watched the cooks and front lady after she took my order. They all looked lost and confused. They kept going circles looking at receipts and the screen of orders. How hard is it to make a sandwich and put some fries with it? And you already hand out the cup so no need to fill drinks. Absolutely ridiculous. If I was the owner, I would fire everyone there.

Monday Dec 8. 2025.

Decided to give them another chance. 4pm. Drive thru, 2 cars ahead of me already waiting in line. I order just pretzel sticks. Nothing else. Guess how long I had to wait? 17 minutes!!!! 17 minutes. Ridiculous. Just shut this place down already.

I had so much fun here! Mrs Brandi was our customer service rep she was awesome and so pleasant and helpful. We started our order in the Drive-Thru and we had to go into choose a birthday cake. It started to pour while we were inside within 2 minutes. We had so much fun with the staff. I thank you for a great birthday experience

I do my best to give everyone a 5-star review and find something good to say. But DQ has been a very disappointing experience.

I decided to go with my dad and we got the Superman blizzard and the Mocha Milkshake. Blizzard was way too sweet, did not taste anywhere near good. Would’ve gone with my 3 month old ice cream in the freezer and that would’ve had better flavor than whatever I ate. Mocha milkshake tasted like tap water mixed with 4 tablespoons of sugar.

Service was so disrespectful: the people working there would definitely want to do anything else than work at DQ. I know working any job in the fast food industry sucks, but at the very least have a little bit of respect.
