Usually service is great but for what ever reason today service was lacking. We came to celebrate my daughter’s Birthday . I get it it’s a busy day on Valentines days, but there is no excuse for me asking to get the table cleared when we ate the entrees which where served after our breakfast orders where served. Strike 1! 2nd We ate the entrees as we waited for everyone orders to arrive as 5 out of 8 had arrived. Once everyone’s order arrived I had to ask twice for the table to be cleared of the entrees plates to give us room so we enjoy breakfast. Strike 2!! The accuracy of of orders was on point. Only positive thing so far. We come here often! And the standard is usually pretty high. I asked twice for a refill and we got the bill and still no refill after asking 3 times. We got the bill and still waiting. Strike 3!!!! Love the food here and service is usually outstanding! And today was pretty shitty service!! Disappointed. Only other positive thing is they sang Happy Birthday to my daughter. Still have great food and atmosphere!! Service need to be consistent.

We went there early morning on a Sunday. Go early because it gets super busy after 9. Parking is limited so it gets tricky. The easier was very welcoming and friendly. The food was delicious! I ordered the chilaquiles omelet with steak, an horchata latte and the strawberry banana crepe. Everything was so good. Prices are reasonable so we will definitely be going back!

This is a really great breakfast spot! You get complimentary conchas, the workers are very nice, and the food was so good

Ordered a ham egg and cheese sandwich with bacon to go. Simple.
They served an extremely greasy soggy egg ham with cheese, no bacon. Came with 4 chunks of melon, 4 sour chunks of pineapple, and 2 old grapes.
All for $30!!
0/10 too greasy to enjoy.
Not sure why they used SO much oil.
It was dripping Just toast the bread
Order was incomplete. No bacon.
Coffee was ok. Staff was nice. Food was horrible. Waaaaay too expensive.

I’ve been to the Loaded Cafe in Santa Ana three times and always had a good experience there, I wanted to try this other location but it was a horrible experience, I thought trying this other location would give me the same experience as the Santa Ana one but it’s totally different service here sucks waited 30 minutes for just my drinks was crazy when it wasn’t even busy, we kept on asking for refills that never came. The food did not look fresh. I do not recommend this location.

Sad to say, the best part of the meal was the conchas, which were warm when served. the Nopales and egg plate was a 1.5/5. The steak chilaquiles were a 2/5. I got the green “spicy” sauce that seemed like a watery sauce because I didn’t see it, but the chips were soggy. The steak was burnt even though I asked for medium, i did like the flavor. It took about 20 minutes to get our food and a 40-minute wait time to get a table before that. I sat towards the middle of the restaurant and every so often kept getting a strong smell, once I went to the restroom I realized they loaded up on the scent in there to mask up the nasty smell. There was no soap in the soap bottle on the counter next to the water faucet. I would not eat here again. Maybe order for takeout, but definitely not done in, unless the clean the place up. The corn tortillas are store bought Guerrero brand. The server seemed rushed and brought the check when we were still eating.

It was not my first time at the Loaded Cafe, and I wanted a light breakfast this Thursday morning, so I visited them. I arrived at around 10:50 am, and the place was busy, or at least it looked like it because once I opened the front door, there was a line of people waiting to check in. The employees were busy, and once they had a break from serving food to tables, they came to the front and had us check-in. I couldn’t help but notice a good amount of open tables in the back, so I didn’t understand why they couldn’t seat the people in front of me. They must have been low staff today because it took them 20 minutes for me (only me) to get a table, and the table I sat at had been open since I arrived.
Mr. Malaquin gave me the menu, and I told him I already knew what I wanted and ordered their Guacamole Toast with Eggs (Sunny side up). About 5 minutes later, Mr. Malaquin came to my table and gave me a complimentary pan dulce. I did not eat it but asked for a box to take it with me. I was unsurprised that my meal took another 20 minutes to be delivered to my table.
My food looked delicious; the chef did a good job cooking an actual sunny-side-up egg because I’ve had it in other restaurants where they thoroughly cook the yolk. The guacamole was freshly made and with a hint of spice. My total bill came out to be $18.56 without a tip, which I thought was a little steep, but I still gave a good tip to my waiter, Mr. Malaquin, because he provided excellent service to me.
In conclusion, I arrived at 10:50 am and left at 11:39 (check my receipt for the timestamp). I didn’t think I would be there for nearly an hour for just a Guacamole Toast and Eggs, but it is what it is. I understand that this place has a hype vibe on social media, and they are busy because of it, but this place needs to be a bit more organized in the check-in process. Waiters serving food and checking in people when they have a breathing room doesn’t seem like an excellent system. Especially when customers can see open tables in the background, which could be a little frustrating to see. But my food was great, and I enjoyed it, and honestly, my waiter, Mr. Malaquin, was the guy who saved this day. I’ll come back again and give an update on the same day, and at the same time, I came in today in the near future to see if there are any changes.

The service was great the food was amazing. Our server was Malaquinho he was friendly and since it was our first time here he gave us 2 conchitas on the house and a cake on our way out. Definitely recommend to pay a visit. I had the Chicken Crunchy Enchilada in the “Stacker” section. And the Asada Chilaquiles Omelette.

We came to celebrate our parents 31st anniversary. It was a lovely time. Our server was very friendly, she made sure we had everything we needed the whole time we were there. Everyone enjoyed their food. The chilaquiles had a nice spice to it. The French toast concha was amazing and decadent.

Nice cute restaurant with many menu options! Both American and Mexican. We were seated right away and service was friendly. We got free conchas to start with. They were so cute and delicious. My group ordered the brioche French toast combo, the sirloin breakfast, and the chilaquiles with carne asada. My carne asada had so much flavor in it. I would definitely eat here again when visiting Cali.
