Used to love sonic. Girl at the drive through was friendly- but my order was wrong and then I just sat here for 15 extra minutes waiting on a medium tot. Now the rest of my food will be cold by the time I get home. I worked here as a kid- I know damn well it doesn’t take 15 minutes for a medium tot. Place needs some work.

I placed an order at the drive-through, I repeated the order at the window when I paid for my food. When I got to my destination 35 minutes away trusting that my order would be correct Found that half of my order was missing. I paid $23 for a corndog and a milkshake. I trusted them that they would get it right after repeating it at the pick up window !!
Grant you they were very busy that evening but that’s no excuse for not doing their job correctly. Should I ever go to this location again I will be sure to check the bag. I would encourage anyone driving through their drive-through to check your order because it’s likely you might get stiffed.
I did try calling but the phone was not answered. I called eight or 10 times leaving time in between the calls. It’s almost as though the phone was off the hook ….

Worst food ever!! I bought a chicken tenders combo for $10.58 one tree leave has more weight than the combo, no good taste on the chicken, not even the fries, one of the worst food that I paid for on my entire life, I do not reccomend this place to eat, I lost my money, across the street is bogangles, they make a really good food and you feel full after all.

sooo, we ordered what the screenshot is, and this is what we received. Paid for something we ordered and didn’t get it. We made the circle to go back and make it right but decided not to take the chance. We just decided we will not go back. The order taker was very friendly but didn’t take order correctly even when the order was repeated at the drive up window, and we corrected the order for her. The price of $21. and change was changed to $24. and change, and it was still wrong. This was just was another bites the dust.

Personnel here are very nice! Walked inside, asked for gift cards, someone helped me immediately, another young lady employee that used to work at Walmart was nice and friendly as well, the manager helped the lady employee that initially helped me. Since my daughter’s teachers requested gift cards from here for teacher appreciation and since I had an excellent first impression, I’m giving them 5 stars.

1st sat at drive-thru while the cashier was spraying chemicals instead of taking order so I had to drive up to order. Burgers weren’t made right, or were just that poorly made The manager was as slack as employees. I didnt know if they made food or were the cleaning crew. The whole night shift should be fired. DO NOT EAT HERE!! and tell everyone you know not to.

The crew members work pretty fast for the long lines in the drive thru. They are also polite. It is sometimes hard to hear the person taking the order. The food was very hard. Sauced chicken was not fully sauced, too hard and a lot of small dough pieces. Had to warm it up with the top on to get it soft. Still only about 4 chunks of chicken. Tater tots were extra crispy and there were black spots inside them. The tots are not seasoned. Corn dog was good. The lemonade taste more watery then lemony. Had to keep stirring it. Did taste like real lemons after each stir. Jalapeño poppers need a minute or two longer so that they don’t taste like peppers pulled out of a pickle jar. I spent $18.68. Small changes will make a big difference here.

Got the rainbow slush and it was really good. Not terribly sweet. Also got onion rings, tots, corn dog, large sprite with nerds and it came out to $12. Not bad but the onion rings were way over cooked.

I’m giving them a 3 star based on service received on two days in a row. The first day 7/10, the service was great the staff was friendly and attentive to our order, which was a rainbow slushie. It looked just like the menu showed and it was so good I went back on 7/11, I’m going to a picture of what we got on the 10th of July and on today the 11th if you notice where the blue is it was all white no yellow. Tonight was such disappointment, I told the young lady I don’t want it because it looked nothing like the ones we got the day before. She said they didn’t have any lemon, and it was only a little bit of the other colors. Why they would still try to sell me the item, knowing it was lacking the flavors (colors) it was supposed to have is wild and unacceptable I also ordered a brownie blast that was delicious

Pulled in for our food and ended up not getting all our food we went back thru drive thru as she’s taking pictures of her coworker she catches a nasty attitude thinking someone is lying about their food she sifts through my daughters kids meal with the hand she just smacked her weave with repeatedly smacked that itchy weave then touches my daughters food crappy service won’t be going back
