Our server Fatima was nice. It was a slow Saturday so but she seemed like the only server on the floor so it took us a while before she came back to take our orders. The hookah girl never came to our table, we had to ask management to send her over and almost $60 for a hookah when it took over 30 minutes for her to get to us… I wasn’t going to waste money on that service. The bartenders were slow, we got our appetizer of oysters before we even got our drinks and same, we had to ask someone else about the status of our drinks. food overall was good, great oysters with a lot of meat, lamb chops were good, but save yourself some time and just order to-go.

This place SUCKED. Went for happy hour and will never be back . Food was subpar and the service was slow, extremely understaffed for a Friday night, honestly a waste of a night and money. We waited over an hour for our drinks. Happy hour is 2 for the price of 1 and you can’t mix and match which wouldn’t be an issue if it was worth it in any way but it wasn’t. Icing on the cake this man was cleaning off a table dropped a fork and butter knife. One hit me and the other hit the person I was dining with. He knew he dropped it, it was loud and obvious, he stopped to ensure he didn’t drop anything else then proceeded to walk away like nothing happened. When I told him about he acknowledge that he was cleaning off a table then made it seem like we were asinine for wanting an apology. Although he begrudgingly gave an apology on top of an already poor experience it distasteful. I won’t ever be back.

This was a 10/10 for me!! Went Monday afternoon around 5 for the all you can eat crab legs and they were ON TOP of it. They were packed out and the servers were still constantly available, my plate was never empty a single time. Our crab man kept us STOCKED Everything was cooked and seasoned PERFECTLY. Everyone was so nice. We had such a great time.

I had an incredible experience at Blue Seafood House while celebrating my mom’s birthday. Eli and Trevor were both fantastic and went above and beyond to make the evening special. It’s rare to find such high-level service, and they truly made the celebration memorable.
If you’re looking for a spot with great energy and top-tier staff to match the food, this is it. Sending some major love to the team for taking such good care of us!

The deep ocean theme restaurant atmosphere was a delight. I patronized on an all you can eat Wednesday oyster night. This restaurant is a bit pricey. We order crab cake, lobster tail platter, mash potatoes, broccoli, crab jalapeños bites, sweet potatoes fries, daiquiri and all you can eat oysters. I really enjoyed the sweet potato fries, the were crispy on the outside warm and fluffy in the inside. I was a long wait in between each serving of oysters. The waiter that brought out the oysters kept sending them to the table behind us. Another table also experienced a delay because of the oysters going to the wrong table. We were giving excuses. I wouldn’t recommend if you are extremely hungry.

Tried this restaurant for the first time and just from first experience, the restaurant was dirty… floors need to be mopped you can see and feel day old sauces stuck to the ground.. barcode menu to scan is also dirty which should have been our 13th reason to leave the restaurant. Our server was simply not in the service mood. We stated it was our first time being here and wanted to understand the Wednesday specials.. we got nothing. Server ACTUALLY checked his PHONE while talking to us.. and I do not mean a quick glance but actually began to text while I am actively asking questions. We hope to try again when a manager does something about the people representing their restaurant.

I was recommended by a co-worker to try Cirque Blu Seafood House when we traveled to Atlanta. And we certainly were not disappointed! The restaurant is beautiful, the food was amazing and so flavorful, and the waitress we had was so sweet. We all agreed that it was the best seafood that we’ve had in a long time.

Went here last night and experienced a very long wait for both food and drinks. We were told the bar and kitchen were backed up, but there wasn’t much proactive communication or follow-up, which made the experience frustrating.

I also didn’t initially realize gratuity was already included, so that’s something to double-check on your bill.

The food was actually very good, but due to the service and overall experience, I likely wouldn’t return.

I booked a reservation for Valentine’s Day for me and my wife at this restaurant. Our reservation was at 9 we stood in line for an about an hour before getting seated. We got seated and the server came and gave us water and said he would be right back. The server was light skinned and had a red Afro ‘ He came back about 15 minutes later and asked us what we wanted. Me and my wife felt extremely rushed he was literally standing over us fanning himself and seemed irritated. We told him our order and he went to put and then says they were out of what my wife wanted. I seen something else on the menu and told him I wanted to change my order. He instantly got irritated and said he would be back. He also said they were out of the drinks we wanted and asked if we wanted anything else. I told him what I wanted my wife didn’t get a chance too. So he came back and brought us both strawberry daiquiris! Mind you my wife never said she wanted strawberry I did. When he gave us the drinks before we could say thank you he said “you’re welcome” like damn you didn’t give us a chances day anything!! He asked me what I wanted and proceeded to say “you can’t change it again” how are you going to tell me what I can’t do?! Once he took our order he didn’t but come check on us and see if we needed anything! After about an hour of sitting there i paid for our drinks and we just left! That was the worst service that we received and we will never go back. They were literally so slow! They had nowhere to seat anybody and they literally still booked people knowing that! Everyone that was in the line had reservations and we all stood there for an hour! And that waiter with the red Afro needs to be fired he was the worst waiter i have ever encountered! If you can’t handle stress then you need to find some where else to work simple!!
