I drive across town to this Chick-fil-a on 2nd street because the one on 33rd sucks every time. I wish I could take a survey for 2nd street to tell Corperate how awesome these guys are! My food is always so fresh, their service is top notch, and they never mind to chop a spicy breaded filet for me, unlike 33rd street. I just moved to Oklahoma and 2nd street is keeping me a Chick-fil-a customer. Thank you!!!

Best chickflia I’ve ever been too! I took my one year old and around 11am for lunch and the staff was so attentive and kind.

Super clean, and really clean high chairs with these cute table plastics for babies or toddlers to eat. And I’m happy they have a playground area too!

Several weeks ago, I had placed a breakfast order on the app at 10:00am and due to traffic arrived at the drive through at 10:32. The workers refused to serve me saying that it was after their breakfast hours. Now, if I had arrived a half hour later or hadn’t placed an online order, then I’d understand that. But it was just after 10:30 meaning they absolutely had breakfast products still on hand and had to have seen my breakfast order placed (I did mark as arrived). I ended up leaving with nothing and took my business somewhere else. I’ve worked in several restaurants and if this kind of situation happened, any of my coworkers and managers would be more than happy to serve the guests, and likely wouldn’t even inform them it was too late. The workers in the drive through were in a group chatting, so it’s clear they just didn’t want to deal with a customer coming through. Normally this location is decent, but for a company that recites “my pleasure” and preaches exemplary customer service, this experience was just a little disappointing.

Very clean, new building with lots of pictures on the walls and neat little plants on the tables. Their chicken is always of great quality and it’s minimal but very popular. Never had a bad experience with Chick-fil-A

Ordered delivery from 2nd and Bryant for breakfast. Myself and coworker both ordered chicken, egg, and cheese biscuits. However, we agreed that my chicken seemed to be just breading. It also seemed old, surely it wasn’t fresh. I ate half of it and finished just eating the egg and cheese as I was hungry and couldn’t leave work. Definitely did not meet a standard I thought chic fil a upheld. I called and left a message. I missed the call back and returned the call again and I have yet to hear back. This trip has not only left myself but also my coworker skeptical of what we might receive when we/if we order here again. Lately, we have chose to eat elsewhere.

Having you’re workers out in the cold is straight up evil when you guys have a intercom i mean thats gotta be a crime. Management is a joke and they never can get the right amount of staff to take an order for us in line. Worlds worst fast food place.
