Quality of food has gone down overall. Only really enjoyed the pancakes. Booster seat had no strap, so my toddler was just moving all over the place and sliding forward almost sliding under the table multiple times.

The best service I’ve ever received at IHOP!
Dalvin was absolutely amazing attentive, kind, and genuinely caring from start to finish. He made sure everything was perfect, checked on us at the right moments, and did it all with a warm smile and great attitude. You can tell he truly enjoys what he does, and it made our entire breakfast experience so pleasant and memorable. Because of Dalvin, this visit stood out, and I’ll definitely be coming back. IHOP is lucky to have him!

ZERO STARS!! Had brunch here with my family on Saturday. Nobody was in the restaurant at the time so you would think we would’ve been pleased with the service. 1st they messed up my husbands order then charged us for both plates after he sent back the 1st one. Didn’t eat anything on it! When the waiter brought back his correct order he spilled almost half of the food on the floor which he didn’t replace! The sweet tea was disgusting and old. We had to get different drinks! My hash browns were swimming in grease I couldn’t even eat it. My sister ordered something that never made it to the table before we left and the list goes on! Between having 2 waiters NOBODY offered any kind of apology or discount after they repeatedly messed up most of our orders then had attitudes when asked about it. Will never eat here again. I’m only giving a star bc it won’t let me post without one.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Typically this is our go to IHOP on the weekend, but this weekend was the worst. Ordered the same simple breakfast, protein pancakes with eggs and bacon also a chicken fajita omelette with pancakes. We sat for about an hour and noticed the server coming with a tray of food unbeknownst to us it was for a couple who came in 20 minutes after us. The server placed the food for the couple who was seated to our right and walked away. About 10 minutes after she came to our table with one of the orders which was the protein pancakes then she moved off to take an order for persons sitting behind us. At this point, we were frustrated because we have not had this experience for all the years we have dined here for breakfast and this goes back to when Ms.Iris was a manager. Unfortunately, we decided to walk out leaving the one order on the table. I called to the restaurant to lodge a complaint, the individual who answered the phone informed me that the manager is busy and asked if I could call back I told her no and she said to hold it may be about 10 minutes. Twelve minutes passed and I hung up then called again, the person the answered said the manager was busy and again asked if I could call back I told her no I will hold on. Within a few minutes a woman came in the phone without announcing her name, to be honest she sounded a bit annoyed. Before going in to detail I asked her name at which point she said “it’s Amanda and I am just trying to figure out what is going on.” I told her I am very unhappy because we spent over an hour in the restaurant and our food was not ready, yet other customers orders were prepared and deliver to their table so we left. Her response was she cannot help if employees call out, the side of the grill where our food was cooked only has one chef, and the side where the couple who came after us has 3 chefs. I told her none of what she said was communicated to us. During our previous visits we typically get our meals in a timely fashion. We have never waited over an hour for breakfast. The restaurant was not packed at all. I did note that there were many to go orders being taken to the front area of the restaurant. Another thing, no hot tea was available. Happy to report we returned home and made a delicious breakfast for 2, hot tea and orange juice included, photos attached. It will be a very long time before we consider returning to this IHOP location. #dissatified

Informed the general manager (male) on Oct 27 at 10:30am that the website wouldn’t allow me to place an order. Call the store to place the order as I had a meeting coming up soon at 11am and he stated they couldn’t take the order over the phone but their system is the one not working. Months ago, this same issue happened and they state they’re understanding but do nothing to fix it. Make the food, take the money, be simple, hope you go out of business with your low stars and fake phony service.

If I could rate no stars I would! Service is terrible the young lady with golden locs attitude is so nasty. I placed an order 40 mins prior and you mad cause I’m asking for a refund. Manager comes out no apologizes just hands me my food and walks off. Well let’s get to the good part! French toast under cooked can’t even lift it with a fork because it’s so soggy and undercooked. Never again!

Upon walking into the establishment, we should’ve left. When we walked in, no one was seating people and an employee said “ain’t nobody seating.” A customer responded “if ain’t nobody Seating, somebody need to do it.” Then we were seated. Upon sitting, and waiting, a customer and her kid were LOUD. Kids will be kids. I absolutely love kids. Yelling across the store and every single employee in the store stopping by to converse was crazy. Later learned the customer used to be an employee. When the food came out, nothing was hot but the hash browns, the pancakes were cold, and I watched several employees stand around and talk about what appeared to be in house beef. The side conversations took place several times. The cheese was forgotten on my hash browns, when we asked the waitress for a slice of cheese, she walked off with no response, then came back 10 minutes later with a plate of hash browns full of cheese then charged me for them. The coffee tasted burned. On the way out, there was an elderly gentleman standing at the counter needing to place an order. We saw 2 people get serviced before him then when he began to fuss that the service was bad, a young man took his order snd told him it wasn’t that serious. Ihop has always been my favorite restaurant, and today on my birthday was my last time having my birthday breakfast at this location.
