I ordered the family meal with two orange chicken, one honey walnut shrimp, fried rice and lo mein as the sides. They said it would take four minutes for the chicken and shrimp, that’s fine I didn’t mind waiting. 20 minutes passed and I finally track down an employee and ask where my food is. She comes back a minute later and tells me it was just sitting on the counter waiting to be boxed. So my food was just sitting there for 16 minutes getting cold. When I got home I opened the sides and there were no veggies or egg in my fried rice, and only onion in my lo mein. All that waiting just to get an incomplete meal for $50. Absolutely ridiculous.

Got the hot orange chicken with fried rice and the chicken is over cooked, rice undercooked. some of the pieces of rice are hard. ive found one piece of egg in my “fried rice” no veggies. my dr.pepper was also lacking flavor, like the syrup needed to be replaced. disappointing bc i usually like panda :/

This place used to be good. But now, food quality is bad, service is nowhere it used to be. I ordered orange chicken, not orange fried breading with no chicken inside smh get some real cooks in there please. Never coming back here again. Sucks because this brand usually is good everywhere

Customer service “was good and the food looked good”—until I smelled and tasted the fried rice. It smelled and tasted like it was from 4-7 days ago. The broccoli didn’t look or taste fresh either—definitely past its prime. And by the way, THEY FORGOT MY ANGUS STEAK! They replaced it with honey walnut shrimp, even though I only asked for the Angus on the first plate.
Edit: I’ve been going there this year, and it’s gotten better—at least when I order around noon. So I’m updating this review and giving more stars.

I just left this establishment without even completing my order due to the extremely rude and demeaning behavior of the woman taking my order. The restaurant was not busy, and I was the only customer in line, yet she rushed me while I was ordering. When I decided on the family deal, she began speaking to me in an unprofessional, abrasive manner while hurriedly throwing the food into containers.
I noticed the rice looked very dry so much so that I wouldn’t feel comfortable serving it to guests and I politely commented on it. In response, she rolled her eyes, which was the final straw for me. I decided to walk out. As I left, I noticed other employees looking on in surprise, which tells me this behavior might be common there.
Do not patronize this place.

It is 2024 there is no excuse for hair in my food from a chain fast food restaurant!!
Then upon finding the hair
the lack of empathy not only
on the night shift from where
the hair was in my food,
but the manager the next morning didn’t even care about what I had to say. Just wanted to give me my refund and send me on my way. Then as some sort of pity she made me a plate and it wasn’t even the full order like it was “better” now it was on her shift… This restaurant clearly needs new management and employees that truly care!!!
Not ones that will laugh and hide in the back when I’m in tears because I can’t eat my food and now have to wait until the next morning for my money!!! Like not everyone has a bunch of money like that!!! I can’t wait until I hear back from corporate!!

the food is usually really good, you can definitely tell when it’s fresher but i’ve still never had a bad experience with it. staff are friendly, the place isn’t always super clean but they are very busy every time i come in there so i understand

I placed my order through Doordash and I got a plate with veggies fried rice Kung pao chicken and Beijing beef. As I was eating it I thought I was just crunching on hard rice (like maybe from the bottom of the pot). Instead I started pulling these hard black pieces from my mouth. I started inspecting my food and I found it mixed all throughout the dish. I have no idea what this is or how much of it I ingested but it’s not food. I thought it might just be burnt black bits of something but it feels like a hard plastic. Please be careful what you eat from here.
