I work right across the street so it’s great to pop into Jason’s for lunch. It can get extremely busy during the weekday lunch rush, so plan accordingly. We like to come in at 11 or 11:30 and avoid those shenanigans.
My go to has always been their Chicken Pot Pie. It’s never failed me, the creamy broth is rich and packed with chunks of chicken and veggies, with a flaky puff pastry on top.
I also got their large Beefeater which is a take on a french dip. It’s really good but they never give me enough dipping broth. I got this to go and the broth cup was only filled 1/3 high which only could be used for half of my sandwich. I’ll make sure to check this next time before I leave to make sure I wasn’t shorted.

I Had the deli club on Rye bread with potato salad & chicken pot pie soup ..the sandwich was fresh and very good .. the potato salad was ok ..the chicken pot pie soup was good and was flavorful …They also have a all u can eat salad bar with a nice selection of vegetables and toppings …OQ

First time, recommended by Youtube channel. Ordered Cowboy BBQ (or whatever this stuff is called). Got some suspicious looking meat shavings, hair thin, indeterminate age, drenched in some probably cheapest BBQ sauce, or whatever it was, mediocre bread and suspect age potato chips. I visited many bad places in my 69 years but never ever felt like throwing up in the middle of meal. Got up and left. The stench and bad taste followed me for hours. Never again. No more Youtube advice. Disgusting.

ALWAYS the BEST experience! Every staff member is kind and courteous, especially my cashier (The baby of the staff)! The food is ALWAYS good, especially the chicken pot pie soup! KUDOS!!! And don’t forget your free ice cream cone, no matter the weather!

One of my fav casual lunch spots!! It maybe because of their FREE soft serve ice cream & mini cones or their salad bar (wish it were still unlimited). I ordered their smoked turkey club on a croissant with a side of fruit. Everything was delicious!!

I wanted to give this Jason’s Deli a proper review, so I’m doing it now.
We drove 45 minutes today to eat at this Jason’s Deli. Our food was initially was made wrong (not what we’ve ordered) but it was quickly replaced. Abd while what we (I) did order I didn’t like, the employees were very kind to check on us if everything was tasty, they asked genuinely, not just for the sake of asking, and when I said “not really”, the manager offered to replace my food and they did right away, letting me to choose what else I’d like. It was very thoughtful!
Our daughter was misbehaving so badly there at the time, that our dinner was stressful there, and I didn’t have a chance to say “thank you” to the employees for their excellent customer service. So I’m doing it now. Thank you for your excellent customer service! Your effort and attention did not go unnoticed. It was duly noted and was most appreciated!!

I placed an order for curbside pickup that was scheduled to be ready today at 6:15 PM. I arrived around 6:20 PM and ended up waiting 30 minutes for someone to bring out my food. Even after calling the restaurant to confirm that my order was ready, no one came out. I could clearly see staff taking other orders and assisting walk-in customers while my food just sat there getting cold. There was absolutely no sense of urgency or customer care shown. I’m very disappointed in the lack of organization and service at this location and will be going to the Naperville location from now on instead.
