If I could give 0 stars I would…this is disappointing and not right. Never been through anything like this before and when I called to speak with a manager, refused to give her name, was trying to find out what we can do about this situation and she just had the worst attitude. Could not be more disappointed, and this says something cause I have never left a bad review!!

Worse experience ever.. I pre ordered my food to be picked up at 530. I arrive 530 on the dot. They didnt even start the order. Then to make it worse since im there they start to build the order even though they dont have all the food available. I didnt get my food from then till 6. So some of my food just sat there for that long My egg rolls, chicken and chow mein were cold all because they were waiting on fried rices..

Quick, Tasty, and Reliable as always! Not the best Chinese Food, but definitely not the worst. The Chow Mein, Broccoli Beef, and Firework Shrimp (limited time item) really hit the spot for me on a cold lazy day. Service and Atmosphere are always on point.

I ordered a bigger plate with two orders of orange chicken and string bean chicken with an extra cart that was free due to points , hot orange chicken and they did not give me my order of string bean chicken clearly I am too high to go back and keep driving. That’s ridiculous.

The Chalita manager was extremely rude and condescending to both customers and employees. Her speech was noticeably condescending, and it was clear she didn’t value her staff. I love the variety of dishes you can choose from here. It’s easy to find something that will satisfy your taste buds. The walnut shrimp with rice is my go to favorite and my son loves plain rice with their own teriyaki sauce. Service is great fast and delicious.

They had me in the drive-thru for 10 minutes. Made the mistake of not checking all of the plates. Once I got home I noticed they gave me the wrong order and not all of the shrimp. They gave 5 instead of the 7 they already limit for extra charge.
They also added more rice than chow mein. My guess it’s because they wanted to compensate for not having enough.

I love the food , the costumers service is bad. They don’t know what there doing , there so hurrying and forget the side of food , it’s happen twice . Make sure double check if the sidesh it’s in the box. And this time it’s keeps me waiting the outside 30 mins waiting my order . And they don’t even give me a sign for the car to put in my car so they can find me where I park. Terrible I been waiting . And after 30 mins my order isn’t right . They gave me wrong one. So mad
