Today was the 2nd time we visited this place.The 1st one was last year October 31 for dinner. (The photos were taken from our first time visit). The reason we came back was because we really had a great time with our first visit.
-We love the atmosphere of the place.
-Receptionist has a warm welcome, was seated right away.
-the food was really delicious. The calamari was really good & has a perfect marina dip, even the ribs, the sauce is so delish and meat falls off the bone and the Chicken asiago is so flavorful and perfectly seasoned.
-and what made this visit worth coming back for? was their service. During our first visit we have CHARITY as our server and she is phenomenal, has great customer service and made you feel very welcome and valued and treated as us an important customer. She smiles and has great attitude. So if you guys will dine in here try to look for Charity and hoping you’ll have the same great experience like we had. Thank you Charity for being our server that day. And today we have TODD as our server. He also work at the bar. That being said he immediately took care of us and have us seated right away. Very professional, accommodating and attentive, always check on us to make sure we have all we need or if we want anything else. So if you like to seat within the bar area, Todd is your guy. He will surely make you have a wonderful dining experience. Thanks Todd for being our server.

I have never dined in but have ordered take out 2 times now and me and my family love the food! I’m a Maryland girl so it’s hard to top crab dip but this place has it down!! AMAZING!! Shrimp penne pasta was very good as well. Mozzarella moons with huge and very good. I highly recommend this place if looking for some good food!!

When we pulled up to the place, it looked unassuming. The interior wasn’t especially impressive. But the food and drinks were amazing! I ordered the Coconut Almond Crusted Salmon with Bourban glaze (28.50), and it was perfectly cooked. My companion order a Pittsburgh Salad with Cajun Sirloin (20.80) and was very happy with it. There is a daily happy hour 4-6 PM. The servers were wonderful and the portions are substantial. We will definitely return.

Great lunch with friends! Delicious food and decent portions for a reasonable price. And our server was awesome too. I had the Chicken salad stuffed local tomato over mixed greens and cucumber salad. So,so good!

I enjoyed my meal and the environment of this establishment very much apart from my abysmal service. I love a server that puts good effort into making it seem like they truly want to be there. The server “Charity” was anything but that. My wife and I watched her converse with another table for 5 minutes before finally coming to us and coldly asking what we wanted while forcing a smile. She made it apparent that she wanted nothing to do with us and wanted to return to the other tables she was serving as fast as possible. After the experience my wife and I left a 20% tip despite her horrible service and we heard her groan as she saw it on our way out. Safe to say if we get her as our server again we will never return to this establishment which is a disappointment because everything else seemed pleasurable.

We had Sonya as our server on the bar side… and what a great experience. She was very knowledgeable with the menu and drink options and provided the perfect amount of banter throughout the evening. If you are in the area, stop by and see Sonya! We will be regulars of hers for sure. Cheers.

This restaurant had good food, excellent service, and looked beautiful on the inside and outside! I recommend the classic cheeseburger, but also the broiled salmon as well. However, the desserts tasted a little old and might have not been too fresh.

We LOVE this restaurant!!! This is absolutely “our place” as my boyfriend said recently. This is out go to restaurant with a great atmosphere, fantastic service and amazingly delicious food. We LOVE the steak here the most and we always get such great service.
The waiter we had the last time we were there was fantastic! His name is Kellum and we will definitely be asking for him in the future. He was fun, funny, was very attentive to our needs, constantly checking on us to make sure that we had everything we needed, and made sure that everything was just right.
I’m not sure what the bartender’s name is, but the bartender we had the last two times we were there was fantastic! Not only were the drinks delicious, but he understood my allergy to artificial sweeteners and made sure that whatever drinks he prepared for me were free of artificial sweeteners. He even modified a drink recipe using a different type of liquor to ensure that I would not be exposed to artificial sweeteners. It’s that attention to detail and the fact that they care that much about their customers that will definitely keep us coming back time and time again.
We love this place so much! If you have not been to Crimson American Grill, you need to go. You’ll see what we mean from your very first experience. It’s that good!
Oh and make sure you try the specials if something catches your eye. I wasn’t sure how they would do with enchiladas, but the enchiladas I had this weekend we’re amazing! I’m about to go eat my leftovers now and I can’t wait!

This has been one of my go-to spots for the last few years. I eat here almost weekly and the food is always spot on. The steaks are excellent, the ribs are packed with flavor, and the consistency is what keeps me coming back. It’s rare to find a place that never misses. Can’t recommend it enough.
