Not a good experience for my travel. There is lettuce on my glass of ice and no salad of any kind was ordered. The food was not that great at all. We ended up leaving most of the order not eaten , paid and tipped the waitress. Sadly, I won’t be stopping at a Chili’s restaurant again after this.

Went to lunch with friends and we arrived right as the doors opened. The staff was faced with at least 20 people right when they opened. There was an understandable wait. But our server was very polite and then brought us some fresh hot nicely salted tortilla chips and salsa. Delicious!
We each ordered something different I will share our photos below.
Full beef nachos, chicken quesadillas explosion, and a burger and fries. Our meals together cost around $50 including taxes.

Tonight was light crowd. There is plenty of televisions with many sporting events. Workers were laid back. We got endless chips and salsa which was good. I typically enjoy my salsa to be chunky and theirs is not, but still tasted good. The crispy crisps (chicken) was good and warm. The service was good but didn’t really feel like the waitress was personal. Overall a decent meal.

Made a stop here for lunch while visiting my son. Everything we had was delicious. The service was great the food came out fast and was fresh. We had the Triple Dipper with the southwest egg rolls, cheese sticks, and Boneless honey chipotle wings. My son ordered the Bacon guac crispy chicken sandwich and I got the Chipotle chicken fresh Mex bowl

Rudeeee Management. Called to see if they had a area or seating to accommodate a party of 20. As soon as the lady got on the phone I told her I was on hold for a manager and I could barely hear her and I repeated myself and ahe said how can I help you. And she continued to cut me off while I was speaking. And she said oh I cant accomodating that. Before I could even finish letting her know when. Very poor customer service skills.

I placed an order at 4p before I left work today and my email/ text confirmation stated my food would be ready at 4:21-4:26. I arrived at the restaurant at 4:29 and waited. At 4:37, a young man called and said my food was ready.
When I went in to get it he said I should’ve just came in when I arrived because their texting was down, like I was supposed to know that.
I arrived home and was hot, tired, hungry and ready to eat. (I work as a cook in a hot kitchen and feed over 220 people, 2x/day).
I had ordered the triple dipper and my sliders were completely black and hard, as was the bacon on it. I tried a couple of bites of each of them and it was like eating raw charcoal, the egg rolls were cold, inside and out and very soggy, the honey chipotle tenders were so hard that my knife broke trying to cut into one. So now I’m sitting here quite livid and still hungry. Shame on you, whoever cooked and put this in the box. No way I would keep my job if I attempted to serve this inedible garbage to any of my people I cook for!!

Always a great place for a quick lunch or savory dinner. Staff of amazing, helpful and friendly. Or did was amazing. The Qp hamburger was huge. I had the Ribs, so good. The cheese sticks are very large squares, so much cheese! This is one of our favorite places to stop.

Sat down for dinner at the Carbondale chilis 1st time we have tried chilis. Never received our appetizers. Took over half an hour to get our entries. My dinner was cold and tasted like it had been sitting for a while wasn’t going to wait another 30 minutes for my food. My child had sliders and they were completely raw inside noticed after he took his 1st bite. I had to get up and find our server to let him know. It took 10 minutes to get a new meal for him and the fries that came back were cold. I shouldn’t have to worry if my child is going to have ecoli or another food borne illness when dining for $80-$100. The server didn’t seem too concerned that the kitchen sent raw ground beef to us and the tables in front and behind us both had the same issue. Utterly unacceptable whoever cooked for you guys on 10-26 should be fired.

Keep your auto generated apologies to yourselves. There will absolutely not be a next time at this place for me! There is no doing better next time. Do right like what you should’ve done in the first place and there would be no complaint about your manager or his smug attitude. How about stop handing orders out to people who never placed or paid for them and denied the now previous customer a replacement. Even if I wasn’t being truthful, in which I am. What’s a $30 order compared to the $150 in orders you give out for free in error because of your staff and their negligence. There won’t be a next time so don’t reply saying you hope you can make my experience better next time because there won’t be one.
