FAST FOOD REVIEW. Not a big fast food person but here we go. Just tried the Big Arch burger. This comes with 2 all beef patties, pickles, slithered onions, lettuce, white cheddar cheese, a Big arch special sauce and a poppi seed mixed bun. I asked for it cook to order meaning fresh meat but not sure if I got what I asked for. I’m not a big fan of double meat especially like this but it’s pretty tasty regardless. Actually tastes like a double Big Mac with white cheddar cheese. I recommend at least trying it while supplies last

They just have bad reading comprehension skills so make sure you check your order AT THE WINDOW. Also I would recommend just doing a chargeback if they get your order wrong because they will make their mistake your problem. Don’t even try and resolve anything with them, just go to another McDonald’s. Thankfully Chic fil A is being built around the corner soon and the are known for better food and excellent service. Can’t wait! Make sure y’all pick up a strawberry milkshake and get breakfast there.

Ordered the new Gold Chicken Sandwich, what was given to me was a plain chicken sandwich with literally nothing on it. Had it delivered so nothing I could do but be annoyed. No idea how you forget literally EVERYTHING that goes on a “special limited” sandwich but what do I know I guess

This was the worst McDonalds i’ve been to. The procedures appeared to be applied inconsistently and changed without explanation. We had two mobile orders and were instructed to drive back around solely to provide a code, despite already having receipts for both orders. This was confusing and unnecessary, as we were fully able to provide proof of payment.
The staff were unable to offer meaningful assistance, and the manager could not provide a clear explanation, instead attributing the issue to directives from her supervisor. This lack of clarity and accountability is unprofessional. At other locations, I have consistently been permitted to place and pick up a minimum of two orders per vehicle, which suggests this location is not following standard or customer-focused practices.

On Christmas Eve, I tried to order something from another location via the online app. Unfortunately, that location had closed early, so they immediately refunded my money in the app. No big deal, I get it, and they didn’t just keep my money for fun.
This location was indicated as being open, so I tried ordering here. However, a similar thing happened; they were closing early and the app just doesn’t indicate that.
Except, they just kept my money. When I went to ask, all I was told was to talk to corporate for a refund.
On another instance, my wife had stopped here to get the kids something quick for dinner. The restaurant screwed up because there was a fricking airpod in the kids’ nuggets.
When she called to complain, she was pretty much blamed for the event occurring and then they had the audacity to ask her when she was bringing it back. No apology. No concern whatsoever that a kid might’ve just eaten airpod. No offer of a refund or any attempt to provide recompense.
Just no accountability at all.

The older guy with the glasses that was working the Window on December 6th needs to be fired. We ordered four meals and when we paid it was $50. Makes sense right? He handed us four drinks and only 2/4 meals we ordered and when we asked for our other meals he said we only ordered and paid for 2. That does not make sense. We then asked for our receipt in which he said he “no longer had” which was odd. so we paid $50 for 2 grinch meals and 4 drinks? When asked if we could just pay extra to receive our other meals he told us the line was too long and that we couldn’t order at the window. We had ordered 4 meals and received 4 drinks but only 2 meals? When asked for a manager he told us to leave. McDonald’s please do better. We left politely because it was busy but this situation needs to be taken care of. He was completely rude and disrespect. And it was very odd that he refused to give us a receipt.

This is a horrible McDonalds sidel is a rude customer service representation of the company. On line orders are meant for convenience and to save time to make someone go through multiple times is insane. Mind you I would not have wrote a review if sidel did not get so rude.

Yo I haven’t been in about five years but NOOOOOO YEA NOOOOOO my hair just went fish fillet meal so I went for her, but I have not been to McDonald’s and I promise you from the 399 Cole small french fries I’ll never go back. I don’t know what job people be doing.

It’s a mcdonald’s, it serves McDonald’s food, not much else to say. Except that, that’s kind of a good thing. I’ve been going to this McDonald’s most of my life and I can’t remember a serious complaint. That’s got to count for something.
