I stopped by here with my family the other day and I was not disappointed. The service was great, the food was served quickly, and the restaurant was clean. I was very surprised by the bacon ranch burger, the meat was moist and delicious. The homemade ranch was also perfect. If you’re undecided on the menu definitely give this burger a shot.
The only thing that I would improve is that it was very warm in there, maybe the aircon isn’t working or not set low enough.

We were seated pretty quickly, the food came out fast and the food was good. The value just isn’t there anymore. We’d come back it just wouldn’t be at the top of our list.

We had such a great experience at your restaurant tonight. The food was soooo good and Kayla was amazing. She definitely went above and beyond. I had the Smashed Burger and it was cooked perfectly and was very tasty. Great job Chili’s!!!

These mozzarella sticks are extremely good. You’re paying for it! $2.66 a piece we ended up paying $16.23 for 6 of them but they are very filling! Definitely a treat every now and then. The ranch is really good, you have to try it! I don’t like the bar so that’s why I’m giving atmosphere 2 stars. Service was friendly.

I was starving after getting off work and Valerie was so nice. I know it’s late and it’s hard to still be patient and nice with extended hours so I just want to express how much it means to me that I was able to get friendly, accurate, and timely service AFTER 10 PM IN DOTHAN! I thought it was impossible but VALERIE AND CHILI’S proved it to be a success story tonight! I would give the service 10 stars if I could!!!!!!!!

Our waitress was beyond awesome!! Just the right amount of attention – got our orders just right. Kind, funny and just great customer service. This was my first time at Chilli’s in about 20 years. The food was good and the service was great. Our poor waitress had a very rude and demanding family in her section but she stayed professional and kept a great attitude! I believe her name was Jada or Jade. Even the staff that seated us was extremely friendly. Will definitely come back soon!

As an avid Chilis fan, this is THE BEST Chilis location I’ve ever been to. Carl at the bar makes great drinks, and has the friendliest, quickest service. I have always had fresh food including crispy chips, gooey mozzarella sticks, and fresh sliders cooked to perfection. The restaurant is always clean and the staff always seems happy and remains helpful. Even with the restaurant packed, we never had to wait for refills and we got our food very quickly. Will always recommend!

She’s handling the entire bar area (with the help of her food runners) and is able to check every table, check the bar stools, keep up a positive attitude and make everyone feel welcome. 10/10 service.

We eat here quite a lot. We noticed over the last year or two that the service and food has been exceptional. Im not sure what the owner/manager has done to promote the great attitude of the crew, but we have not had bad service or food in quite a long time at this particular restaurant. If you like the food Chili’s has, you will not disappointed here. We go at least 3 times per month. Very consistent service and food.
