I don’t think I’ve had Wendy’s breakfast before. The potatoes are excellent! We didn’t get what we ordered so I can tell you their biscuits are not at all dry. I don’t usually order biscuits because they tend to get stuck in my throat.. for the rest of the day. Not at Wendy’s. Wendy’s makes good biscuits.

I ordered chili and got a “modified” chili recipe – no burger meat included. When, I compained to the manager she asked me to return the chili I was unhappy with. I attempted to hand it to her in the the bag and she refused to accept it. She claimed the recipe was unchanged. “Good luck Wendy’s”! Your chili was totally unsatisfactory, today. The preparation was altered. Even worse, the manager refused to refund the cost of the chili after hearing my complaint. She tried to justify Wendy’s policy by comparing it to Walmarts policy; I needed to present un-satisfactory, un-eaten product to demonstrate my dis-satisfaction. Are you serious?
I have been a Wendy’s, Inc. Stock holder in the past. Recently, I have read that 100’s of Wendy’s locations are closing. Now, after my experience today, I have a solid idea why Wendy’s is failing. You have lost a customer for life.

Stopped by for the special, Girl Scout Thin Mint Frosty. Decided on the vanilla (or, Chocolate) frosty base, and it was delicious. Was able to put order in through app, and it was ready on time.

Its a fast food joint so the service was good, atmosphere is mid, but the food was atroocccious. Like what in the world is this. I barely got a half piece of letuce. This is literally nothing like what they show. Do better Wendy’s. Yeessh.

My mother and sister in months of 2024 went thru drive through got food they both are hard working don’t drink or drugs they have to do u.a for their job soon as they were heading home eating Wendy food 10 min after eat both were dose off very drowsy other symptoms my mom come too down below our road her truck running foot on the break again both don’t drink or do drugs the next day they both felt like hangover headache other symptom. my mom didn’t understand what happened to both of them until I told her of relative who got a drink from a place felt same way like my mother and sister did after consumption of his drink from coffee place but he was smart to drive himself to hospital while being drowsy for no reason he saw powdery substance in his drink he come up positive for fentanyl now this is also someone who didn’t drink or do drugs. My mom and sister is scared of this Wendy’s and I have known a old worker who was struggling in addiction working here but this person passed away. It make me wonder if that same behavior is happening or if it happen to someone else because my mom and sister said worker was acting strangely and was looking in car to see if was others in the car my mom is 72 and sister 50 it’s suspicious make me wonder if they to got laced food my mom and sister. They were both perfectly fine before eating I just want to share this. But this was around same time I personally know of others who are respectful individual who bought laced food and drinks I wish my mom and sister went to Dr or hospital to get tested like those others who did come up positive for fentanyl and did keep his evidence his drink he bought that had substance in it
