First off I want to make it clear that the A.A. Manager is good! I can’t say the same for his young raggedy team! I’ve been to this location twice and each time was disappointing! The Lil white dude is arguing me up and down that I received extra mayo when clearly I hadn’t! If this is the best you can do they need to fire all the team and start from scratch!

First time going here, but never again. Terrible service. Do Not Go here. Or even order online. I ordered on the app a burger, nuggets and salad all combos. They left out sauce for nuggets, didn’t even put my salad and I ordered strawberry lemonade they gave me regular. Couldn’t even bother to at least put the salad meal in the bag. I double checked with staff that the full order was here they said “yes”. Drove 30 min to get this order. There was 2 half eaten nuggets in the order as well. This was my first time here. Hopefully this review can save someone else from going through this. It was a simple order and didn’t even bother to put all the items in bag there wasn’t a rush or anything which would’ve made it understandable. The place was empty. I tried calling 3 times they picked up and hung up immediately. Horrible place.

Went thru the drive thru today to get $43 worth of food for my crew. Food came out quick, HOT, and tasted great. I would go back, and probably will because my amigos like hamburguesas con queso!!!!!!

I walked here with my husband while my car was being worked on at Buckeye Nissan. The inside of the restaurant was clean and we didn’t have to wait long for our food to be ready. When we went to get our drinks, neither machine had ice and the drinks were flat and weren’t cold. However, the chicken snack wrap that I ordered was massive so it was definitely worth the money.

I went there like I usually do and I pretty much get good service but Friday I went there to get a small frosty and they charged me 6 bucks. The guy said it’s on them because he accidentally charged my card the same as the car ahead of me.. He then said he fixed it and it was on them. So I kept checking my statement. I really don’t appreciate how he charged my card after he said he made a mistake and would fix it!!! Then lie to me even when I asked him are you sure?! I wouldn’t complain but again I ordered 1 simple thing and they charged my card and probably won’t make it right. This is the second time!! So I don’t want to let it slide because last time it was 23 bucks and some change they charged me. This is the service we’re getting now. Oh it was the drive through around 9 pm this last Friday. First time ok mistake second time no I’m not letting it slide. Hope they see this because it is wrong!!! They got me for almost 30 bucks from this restaurant. Hope Mangement gets a hold of me.

This place has been trash for years. Ran by rude people. I stopped going and then decided after a year to try again and the food I received tonight was literally not edible. My spicy chicken was thin and old and hard as a rock in spots and the fries were old and cooked in old grease because they were all brown. I just wish there was someone responsible working there that you can talk too because they dont answer the phone and if they do they hang up

Went thru drive thru and ai took my order, I pull up to window and some young man opens the window and the first thing he says to me is did you say hell no to the ai? I said yeah I did it’s ai I don’t think it minds, then he starts berading me in front of my wife and daughter how im a bad person for saying that. This male Karen really needs to “know his role and shut his mouth”-The Rock , needless to say I will never patronage this Wendy’s ever again!

Thank you for still offering salads. Eating fast food is hard enough on the diet but sometimes it’s the only option. Almost every other major fast food brand has quit having salad so I’m grateful for Wendy’s not only having salads, but for having great salads. My favorite is the apple pecan salad. Mmmmmm

Typical Wendy’s with the new order kiosks and drink vending machines. However, the quality of the food is something left to be desired. The fries were over cooked and lukewarm. The chicken nuggets were also lukewarm. The inside of the restaurant is nice and clean; hope that they can upgrade the quality of their food the same.
