They can’t seem to get my order correct. The last two times I went they added ketchup and im allergic to ketchup so I cant even eat the food I payed for, and yes it says no ketchup on the recipient. I would have gone back but I don’t have enough time in my lunch brake to even do that so im stuck eating frys for lunch.

I constantly get shorted on nuggets. I pay for 10 and I’ll receive 9, and on one occasion, 8. Its the closest location to me. But its a nightmare going there cause you are almost guaranteed to be harassed uncomfortably by the massive homeless population in the area. I know not much can be done there, but it really makes it difficult to not be on edge, expecting a guy to walk up to your window and yell at you because you wont by him a burger too. There are maybe 3 employees that are polite. The rest not so much, I tend to be looked at like im ruining their day when I pull up to the window with some people. I work in customer service too, I get it, but you gotta learn to not wear it on your face. There is a straight face and then there is whatever they had.

This place was the worst place I have ever been to. I asked the cashier how her day was going and she literally looked at me and said I don’t feel like talking to you. Then I asked for a refill of water and I was told they do not give out refills.

Two days straight. I went to this location for breakfast. I ordered from the kids a steak mcgriddle. I get home with my order it’s a steak bagel I didn’t return it because I was pressed for time. The next day I went back and ordered the same thing, steak mcgriddle. When I got my order I checked it right there it was another steak bagel. I told the young lady at the front she looked at my receipt checked my order and told me you’re absolutely correct. She asked another employee what did the initials on the receipt me the other lady said idk. The lady said that’s why these orders are wrong.So now the cook has remade my sandwich i didn’t check it but when I got home there was no egg on my mcgriddle. The problem is most of the employees there doesn’t speak or understand English and that’s the major problem. I will never return to this establishment ever again.

I swear no matter what McDonald’s and no matter how slow it is they park you everytime when you get a free item from the app for using points. 10 minutes is fast for any free item. Usually its 15. No one in the drive thru. No one inside waiting in line but anytime you get that freebie…. please pull forward and wait

Cashier at first window with the hard-core attitude needs a reality check by her manager if there is one at this location. Cussing like a freight train about your coworkers isnt professional at all and disrespecting your customers is way out of line. This is the 2nd time recently I’ve seen her acting like this. Ive been a loyal customer to this location for the last year amd a couple months but now I have concerns for the safety of my food and handing over my credit card to pay for the food I ordered. Who knows if this person is going to de rail(become unhinged) mentally and starts being unprofessional with customers food. I asked her coworkers if she was ok and they said thats just how she is shes not mentally stable.
I feel bad for her coworkers who have to deal with this young lady daily acting like a child.
Get rid of her or have her change the attitude and ill have no problems giving 5 star ratings. I will be reaching out to corporate about this in hopes something gets done about it. Everyone else there is so friendly and amazing but jeewizz that one little miss attitude worker…..

Do not eat here some girl she has to be in her late late teens or early 20s she’s like 6’1 she was wearing a blk hoodie and she has a dermal piercing she has her lashes done she is slow as hell I ordered my food on the kiosk then it said to pay in cash u have to go to the front counter so she has her back turned inside the kitchen and she’s talking about what she’s going to eat on her lunch break not paying attention to me I was so mad finally after her whole conversation some Hispanic man wearing a construction worker green vest who she was talking to who also works there tells her u have a customer like really ur getting payed to be lazy and not pay attention
