I got a Cobb salad meal. I also received a bowl of chili that I ordered as extra cheddar cheese, sour cream, and extra saltine crackers. I also asked for extra salad, dressing and french onions. Every time I go to Wendy’s I get some kind of Burger for my dog. I specifically take every everything off the burger except for the bun, the cheese and the patties. When I received my order I got no dressing at all for my salad. One package of saltine crackers barely know cheddar cheese in my chili and my dogs Burger had onions on it. I did not realize this till I got home. I opened the burger and As soon as my dog smelled the onions he turned his nose up. He won’t touch it.
And I am not prejudiced I believe in EOE however, if I walk into a place in Troy, New York to order food and someone of a different dialect of English or of a different dialect, different language cannot understand English they should be able to reach out to an additional employee to translate. Other people may feel differently, but I think that’s unfair to the employee and to the customer at that point because there’s no communication orders are wrong. Complaints or compliments are taken wrong. There’s only so many times can go to the closest Wendy’s near you at a convenience just to go back the next day to complain. When the whole reason you went there was out of convenience hopefully with this post other people may reach out and corporate might actually respond. I paid for accommodations to my meal and the opposite was given to me. I have not opened the Cobb salad yet as that’s supposed to be my dinner tonight. I will keep you all posted if any changes. Also I did try calling the restaurant and got a voicemail to a machine that you can’t leave a message on. I will be going there tomorrow and I’ll let you all know what happens.

Not sure whose decision to go with saucy nuggets idea was!!? Terrible idea. Nuggets were soggy. Also i like to control my sauce. Do you dump ketchup on fries?? No. Service was poor as well.

First off… my name is NOT “Christopher A.”Therefore my UberEats driver was given the wrong bag of food by the employees at this location. Idk why my Uber driver didn’t check first before taking the bag, but I also have no idea why the employees didn’t check either. Beyond pissed because my order was $60, and the food I did receive I can’t even eat…..
Could uber resolve the issue for me? Sure. But this also should’ve never been an issue….

It’s a Wendy’s . Fast food spot aomits not the Ritz Carlton. But the service is quick and the food came out hot. Wendy’s is my favorite burger out of the fastfood chain and the staff there were very nice.

Daughter bit into her burger and there was a long piece of black hair in it. Try to call them and get no Answer at all. Bought 4 biggie bags and a chicken sandwich and ended up throwing it all away because we lost our appetite.

The absolute worst experience I’ve had food was old and cold ask for everything fresh not one thing was fresh the best part about my experience is that my drinks were correct other than that everything else was horrible they asked what kind of sauce for my nuggets there wasn’t any in five different bags no sauce

i go here frequently and it always takes 5-10 minutes to get service even with no on in line but me and usually something is always wrong with my order the atmosphere here sucks it’s like walking into a funeral there’s no excitement just dread and sorrow there’s ONLY 2 people manning the register one is rude no matter what it’s always late service and incorrect times given and there’s never forks or spoons around to grab and sometimes they just don’t have spoons at all

Please excuse my drink I was gonna show the food…. If I hadn’t bodied it already. This Wendy is the best one in Troy without doubt and I been to several Wendy’s I come from queens ny and Wendy’s have always been apart of of my life since young but moving upstate and tasting the burgers (that Dave single with bacon .) at this location is a game changer if a try. There’s two ppl who make it with love that girl with the red hair I think her name Adriana she a manger I think. And Big homie with the fro on the grill idk what he does but man he made me two Dave singles with bacon today and ngl it changed my whole mood. I just got back from midterms at hvcc was in a bad mood and I decided let’s go get Wendy’s now my belly full and I’m ready to nap… shout out to the Wendy crew they don’t get much credit that’s why I give them they flowers. Be nice to the ppl who make your food everyone. It’s a blessing
