Due to the snow, parking availability at your location was extremely limited when I arrived to place a to-go order. I parked in the closest available area that was accessible and safe, as there were no clearly usable parking spaces because of snow piles.
As I exited my vehicle to go inside, an individual yelled from another vehicle that I was “not in a parking spot.” I approached the person, who I then realized was parked behind the building in an area clearly marked “Do Not Park.” In an aggressive and unprofessional manner, he stated repeatedly, using profanity, that I “needed to move my car” and that he did not care what I was there to do. When I pointed out that he himself was not parked in a designated space and that I was simply walking inside to place an order, he continued to use profanity and told me to move my vehicle.
After noticing his name badge Ben, and commenting that his conduct did not reflect the title of Hospitality Manager, he responded with further profanity and stated that he did not care what I thought. When I told him I would speak with a manager inside, he told me to “do whatever you want” using explicit language.
Inside the restaurant, I spoke with Barbara. While she stated she would speak with him, she did acknowledge the inappropriateness of his behavior but then focused only on the fact that I should not have parked where I did. I explained that there were no available parking spaces due to the way snow had been piled throughout the lot. I also informed her that I had taken photos showing that my vehicle was not blocking traffic and that two other vehicles were parked in the same area.
At no point was there an attempt to de-escalate the situation or recover me as a customer. Instead, I was dismissed with “have a nice day.”
As a leader in a customer-facing business, I believe customer service must be modeled from the top down. In this situation, that standard was not met. The behavior displayed by management was unprofessional, confrontational, and deeply disappointing. This experience has ensured that I will not be returning to this location.

Ive been eating here since i was a kid. It’s always been the best experience. (the cocktails are the bestest). I’ve never had a problem with any of my food. Always been a friendly atmosphere. The manager will walk around and check on you and will even bring your plates to you to make sure that your food is right. 10/10 recommend:)

My waitress was very energetic, attentive and sweet.
Update… The only thing that was disappointing was the sandwich I got to go. I asked for no lettuce and no tomato. When I went to eat it about 2 hours later I had to peel off soggy tomato and lettuce…

The service was great and the atmosphere was wonderful! We got our food within ten minutes of ordering despite how full the restaurant was. For the most part, the food was delicious as well. Especially those new pickle fries. Everyone was expecting just a pickle-flavored French fry, but they’re actual pickles that are fried! If you’re a pickle lover, TRY THOSE PICKLE FRIES! You won’t regret it! Overall a great experience and unlike some of the Applebee’s I used to go to.

Short staffed restaurant BUT the one girl that was hostess and waitress managed with such efficiency it was amazing. We have waited longer for food at fully staffed places. Loved the salad bar. Steak was good. And the place was busy. Wished I lived closer!

Food is pretty good here. Just hard to get used to when the menu changes! We love the soup, quesadilla burger, my hubby loves the bourbon street chicken w/andouille sausage penne dish, I wish it wasn’t spicy as I can’t handle that much so I get jealous cuz I love sausage! I like the broccoli chicken alfredo and the honey pepper chicken dish.

Friday night, It’s great food the steak is fantastic but a fly landed on my salad and the waitress wouldn’t replace it because “I had eaten most of it?!?” Not hardly half of it was left, she did she’s the fly away tho… .. that aside I’ve ate there several times in the past and the food is good. I’ll definitely go have steak (my favorite) mashed potatoes and broccoli again (salad to lol)

Hardly ever a Manager on the floor to take care of problems causing more chaos and lost money for the wait staff. The food is good but the drinks are pricey. You should also label if something is spicy or not. I can’t eat spice at all so that made it hard for me to order.

They always have some nice drinks, good food, and it’s never to loud. It’s always pleasant whether it’s just a date night or a family dinner out. I have an autistic 5yr old and the servers always go above and beyond with our untypical request to ensure he will eat and be comfortable.
