I had never tried Jack in the Box before, but I decided to stop by since I had a coupon. It seems like this location is open 24 hours, and I was impressed with how clean it was. The food wasn’t bad at all. The prices aren’t exactly cheap, but I wouldn’t mind coming back again.

The worst food/customer service I’ve ever received in my life. I ordered some tacos, curly fries, and value sandwiches. Just to have to wait 24 minutes for cold hard fries and served some very foul smelling brown lettuce on my sandwiches and tacos. I tired calling the store but no answer. Had to throw away my food and call it a night. The next morning I returned to the restaurant for a refund or some sort of compensation. Ezmeralda was there and remembered me from the previous night. She was very rude and said she couldn’t help me out, because I didn’t bring back the food. She told me to call Victor for a solution, just for Victor to repeat what she had previously said to me. No apologies or anything just arrogant unprofessional behavior. It’s pretty frustrating and disappointing that they’re going to be pushing out disgusting food to their customers. They lost a loyal customer over $40. I wouldn’t recommend this franchise to anyone. Horrible food and horrible managers running this establishment. I can’t believe the owner fought my dispute through my bank, when the food was not edible.

Good food, prices are a bit high for what you’d expect at Jack in the box. Service is good; drive thru employees are usually always pretty nice and chill overall. The times on drive thru orders can be a little slow unfortunately but that’s usually because they’re looking understaffed. Whenever I pick up doordash or Uber Eats orders, they’re not typically readily finished and available to grab right on arrival, time to prepare can vary between 3-8 minutes on average.

Horrible. I ordered on line and that was the FIRST mistake. Got there and my burgers were sitting, getting hard and cold under a heat lamp. Fries not done, so there goes most of my lunch break having to wait for what they called “fresh” fries. They were not!!!! When they finished, they pushed a button to stop the beeping but left my fries, cooking still in the oil.!!! After about a minute I asked them to pull them.up because I didn’t want WELL DONE fries! They got all crabby and just drug their feet until a woman came from the back and started acting like THEY were the victims of something! Horrible food! I didn’t think you could mess up fast food but they DID! ANNNNND took the fast out of fast food. RUN dont walk, from this place for real!!!!

Ordered bacon ultimate cheeseburger had to go all the way back because they forgot the bacon. I also ordered onion rings I asked for them well done. Now that I’m home I tried the onion rings and they aren’t well done. Tried calling and they don’t answer the phones and I refuse to drive alll the way back for a second time, if you can just go to another location.

I placed a pickup order for two sandwiches, and one was made incorrectly. When my husband politely asked for it to be remade, the staff member told him he would have to wait—even though this was a pickup order. After the sandwich was fixed, the employee placed it on the shelf instead of handing it over, and when my husband asked if he could just give it to him, he was met with rudeness and told again to “be patient.”

The service was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. The staff member repeatedly mentioned being short-staffed, but that is not an excuse to take it out on customers. Everyone waiting was visibly frustrated, and it was clear that customer service was not a priority.

As someone who also works in customer service, I can confidently say this was one of the worst experiences I’ve witnessed. If you cannot manage tasks with the staff you have, it should never be the customer’s problem. This level of service will not be tolerated.

This place is not recommended, and I hope to receive a response back with next steps regarding this staff member, who clearly needs training on proper customer service.

I placed an order over an hour ago through there app. They kept saying it’s on its way by text. Finally they just said it’s canceled. I was just trying to do a follow up to see about refund. And they won’t answer there phone. Online says they are still open but won’t answer there phone. Ive been trying to get ahold of them for the past half hour and still nothing. Im actually calling them now as I write this all out. And it ring for a bit till it just cuts me off. I could understand if it’s a process for the refund but just to ghost me and not at least let me know they are working on it is frustrating

apparently asking how much your total is offends the people who work here. At the drive through they said ill have your total at the window, i get to the window and they ask MasterCard? I said no, cash, how much was the total? Then they got rude and acted like I was accusing them of something. Heaven forbid I wanted to make sure I had enough. They gave me what looked and tasted like day old fries, the soda had a funny taste and the burger was nasty.

Next time I work 16 hour day, I will be going elsewhere

ordered the big chicken box and not only did they only give me chicken and no fries but there was a hair in my food, buried at the bottom. (my hair is shorter and a completely diff color so it def isn’t mine) actually disgusting
