Ordered food was told it would be a 10 minute. Wait on a strawberry cream pie, which I said that was fine. I ended up waiting 40 minutes because she forgot about me. And I had to go back to the window, just to remind her we’ll not be returning, they were not busy at all. Literally, two cars came behind me while I was waiting for forty minutes.

I placed a mobile order right in front of that drives through line. You immediately went to the drive through line. I got to the second window to get my food, and she told me that they were short one of the pies, and that it would be a 10 minute wait, I told her that I would wait, and she said, ok, go wait at the last window, and she literally left me sitting there for 40 minutes before I literally had to drive around to the first window and askir if she forgot about me. And she said o my god, i’m so sorry and gave me four pies for the one that I was waiting on for forty minutes completely ridiculous.I only had two cars come behind me in the line so it was not like they were busy at all.

Where you pay at in drive through women was very hateful yelling at us we didn’t pay at all drove off. She had everyone’s order messed up told her that’s not our order she proceeded to catch an attitude.

The crew here is pretty fast and mostly friendly. My order is right about 65% of the time I order here. Last time embarrassed me too though I was absolutely disappointed in the product I paid over $4 for and expected to get something much better but instead would’ve rather paid $2 and gotten myself a Frosty… I’ll include the picture of the “medium Oreo Frappé” as well but wouldn’t have made this travesty at home much less paid for it elsewhere… Flat lid, no Oreo topping and barely a smidgen of whipped topping smooshed against the lid with the bit of chocolate drizzle… This is barely worth $2.50 and it’s only because the Oreo flavor was pretty strong but the frappe was kinda filled with air if that even makes sense… I don’t really understand how it’s possible either…

9 times out of 10 you get food that is colder than a slushie. Tastes like it was spread around on the floor with a carpenters boot and just thrown in the bag. You wait at the window for 5 minutes to be handed a disgusting leftover

DO NOT GO HERE. Extremely dirty. I waited on a stall in the bathroom for 10 minutes, for the MCDONALDS WORKER to come out of the stall and walk right past the sink and go back to behind the counter. I walked straight out the front door. Bathrooms are distrusting, no hygiene and bad service.

So I have to rant a bit. Went to McDonald’s for dinner tonight, my wife was craving a burger. I ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal, She got a BigMac meal and we got 10 chicken nuggets for the dogs. I spent 21.00 which seems like a crazy amount to me and my burgers were almost as thin as the cheese slice, burned, dry and over seasoned (salty). The burger was so thin that the melted cheese was coming through the patty!! Just not worth it anymore

My husband and I went to eat here late one night. They were switching over from dinner to breakfast, which I understood. But they could only accept cash and they would not accept our online order from the McD app…which was a little frustrating. Especially when it messed up my husband’s app because they couldn’t take it. And the most frustrating part of it all was when we asked for the manager on duty. We asked for her help fixing his app. Because it was stuck on that order and we have ordered from there very often. The manager was clueless on how to do ANYTHING on the app….she actually did not seem to know much about anything to be honest. I mean, what kind of crap is it when the manager doesn’t know anything about the company’s app??? we ended up leaving with no food, even though .we were starving! It really sucked !
