Ordered around 4pm for pick up. Staff were nice but the 1$ gravy i ordered is either very misleading online since they used the same cup as the side mash potato or they just got it completely wrong.

I’ve been here dozens and dozens of times where my order was perfect and the food was fresh and tasty.
But today I mobile-ordered to the wrong location and tried to call immediately to cancel. The phone rang twice and went to a full voicemail box. Corporate refused to issue a refund, even though the issue was due to a glitch on their app. This is the second negative experience I’ve had with Popeye’s customer service and it ruins all of the positive experiences that I’ve had at this particular franchise.

Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 chicken wraps for pickup at 7:40 arrived there at 7:50 and they didn’t have the order. Then they found it and said it would be right out to pull up. Waited until 8:09 and still not out but 15 people in the drive thru got their food. Went in and they finally started making the food after I announced that I had been sitting out there waiting for 25 min! Both managers were rude and not apologetic at all. This is the last time we will go there. Every single time is some type of issue. Normally it’s missing items.

Not sure what they are doing at this location but I can say, without a doubt, that I had the very best biscuits I’ve ever had at any Popeyes location today. They were buttery and slightly crispy around the edges. Lordy they were so good!!! Chicken and sides were great too but the biscuits were the star of the show! In the words of Arnold….I’ll be back!

This used to be my favorite location from Florida to Georgia. I don’t know what has changed but every time I ask for the usual things I always ask for like smaller chicken pieces or EXTRA HONEY I always get the same response “I can give you what I have” or “I can’t give everything to one customer”. Popeyes isn’t cheap , I already have to deal with being rushed while ordering , then I get made to feel like I’m asking for too much. Absolutely becoming dissatisfied after all these years.

Have not been here in a long time. I was In the area so I stopped in I noticed that they had done a interior remodeling which improved the look. I then proceeded to order and when it came to pay the card reader was not updated to accept any type of “tap and pay” by phone. So not carrying any cash or cards on me and almost all places have a version of accepting “tap and pay” I was unable to order. Well in this day and age and the fact that they updated the inside but left out updating their pay system I giving them the lowest star possible until they can correct this embarrassing issue to the customer. But I see it as their loss as I went somewhere else that is up to date with technology. For me this is a big wast of my time and effort with no way of knowing how good the food is. Should be a no star.

Great restaurant in Melbourne.
This restaurant is located on the south side of US 192 and is constructed as a stand-alone building at the front of the Publix shopping center. This is both good and bad. It is good because there is plenty of parking. It is bad because traffic can be challenging, so be careful driving or walking to and from this location. The restaurant looks remarkably new inside. It supports a drive-thru and dine-in eating. I have only been to a few restaurants of this chain but have been impressed each time and this one was another excellent experience. The staff was friendly. Ordering the meal was easy inside the restaurant. Their online ordering was not the same experience. The lobby was clean, spacious, and very tastefully decorated although there seemed to be limited seating for about 40 people. I ordered the classic chicken sandwich meal. This comes with the sandwich, 1 side, and a drink. I ordered it with red beans and rice for about $10. It was a little bit spicy but prepared quickly and absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend this place to anybody wanting a good meal. They are known for their Chicken, Tea, and biscuits so be sure to get one or all three of these when you visit. Enjoy!
