We stopped by here after an appointment to the local orthodontist. We got our food quickly and fresh. We would definitely come here again. The employees are very nice especially Kelly. She gave us our orders and then later on checked up on us to see if everything was okay. She joked around with my daughter. She made us feel very welcomed there.

employee working drive thru 2/5/26 at around 4:30 with bleached hair and the piercing above the left side of her lip had a bad attitude. i forgot to ask for light ice at the speaker and after seeing the manager fill a medium cup with all ice and a molecule of beverage, i let this employee know and she goes “well its already done…” okay……i still would like light ice…..

Dining room not air conditioned. The food is fine but it feels like it’s 90°F in the dining area. This is borderline unbearable.

Went through the drive-thru on October 16th, 2025, around 7:30 PM. The blonde-haired girl working (believe her name was Jasmine, according to what she told my wife) was rude and unprofessional. When she took my order, she sounded uninterested and didn’t care — no energy, no greeting, and I had to repeat my order multiple times even though it was just one item.
It wasn’t busy at all, only one other car in line, so there was really no reason for that kind of service. When I got to the window, she handed me the order while looking away, almost like saying “here, go away.”
I’ve worked in fast food before, so I understand when it’s busy things can get hectic — but this wasn’t that. What makes it worse is this isn’t the first time we’ve had this kind of experience here. It’s happened to both me and my wife on separate visits. Definitely disappointed with the lack of basic customer service.

Will treat you like a criminal for redeeming free food that was GIVEN TO US FOR PLAYING THE MONOPOLY GAME. Employee approached with unnecessary attitude. Have been to other Mcdonald locations and never experienced this. Reason most likely being that I showed up 30 minutes before closing and they were lazy and didn’t want to do their job. If you have an issue, take it up with corporate. If you don’t want to do YOUR JOB, leave it for someone else that can.

This has easily got to be the BEST McDonald’s I have ever been to in the country! The service is superb from the moment you walk in, the food is perfect and the service all around exceeded my expectations. Shout out to the manger Roberto – he was very kind and courteous and along with his team!
