Tried to use the app for an order. Prices were a complete $1 more for each bigger bag so much for the app. Anyone else find the Wendy’s app often deceiving? Asked person at register to help with app price but he literally didn’t answer us. Order in person finally so did not get the $ smothered fries special.
My double stacked was burnt.
No receipt or thanks given. Only thing given was attitude from tall male employee maybe named Mango.
Training is needed desperately.
Probably will soon delete the cumbersome app and will probably drive by this Wendy’s next time

Today 01/06/2026, the young man that took my order was trying to be very professional however other employees including the manager kept giving him negative energy!!! Another customer found that yo be the perfect time to steal my order off the counter. When I was ready to leave and asked “where is my order,” the same young man that took my order, rushed out to successfully retrieve it from the customer who had stolen it. I refused to take the order that had been touched and stolen. The manager decided to take the food out of one bag and put it into another bag…me the customer would never know. I am highly apalled!!!Not to mention all of the food I recieved was cold. SMH. The manager came out took a look at me and decided to give me the same food that was stolen off the counter.

The fries were cold, the chicken sandwich tasted.like it was fried way too long. The drive thru attendant said they were out of medium cups and asked if I would like a large so I agreed. Well I was charged for the large, but no given large fries that I was charged and PAID for. Why is 0 stars not an option. Very dissappointing. I will not be returning.

I ordered drive threw and got a chicken sandwich biggie bag, I tried to ask for the nuggets to be spicy they were out of spicy nuggets! So I got normal then I tried to get a cold brew coffee and they were out of that! I was already mad and I kept having to repeat my self so I asked for a mango lemonade they finally weren’t out of something so we went to get the food and about to miles down the road I realized they forgot the drink! Ordered online but I still had to wait when I got there. They hadn’t even started my order because I saw the lady walk into the fridge and come out with a tray. I was surprised because they were NOT busy at all. Get home and it had very little chicken and some bites were Old lettuce. It gets a weird taste. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EVER EVER HAD!!!!!!! I under some people might just think this is any other fast food place. But THIS Wendy’s is doing it RIGHT! I got through the line quickly and it was during a rush! My order was correct and the very nice lady at the window even double checked it for me! The lady at the window not only didn’t above her job but she was extremely nice, had a lovely smile, very polite, and a man from the back came to bring my order and he was extremely nice as well. Who ever runs this Wendy’s has a great great team. I’d rather go here than some of the sit down expensive places I have been JUST because the customer service and food is A MILLION TIMES BETTER!!!

My aunt lives close so we decided to try the location on S.Nevada. The parking lot seemed sketchy. A lot of homeless folks hanging around in the parking lot to the east and out front. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was fresh and served in a timely manner. However, the soda machine that has over a hundred choices was out of almost EVERYTHING! I am not exaggerating when I say this. I think it only had 4 options available that day. It was very disheartening.

Wear gloves and don’t do drugs. That was disgusting tonight. We all watched you. We tossed the food in the garbage because we didn’t trust it being handled with no gloves. Your employee looked uncomfortable next to you too. How awful, this place needs serious help
