Dairy Queen has always had really good Ice Cream and Amazing cakes when done right. The 2 stars is for the prices and quality of food. Honestly almost gave it 1. They are charging the price for a gallon of ice cream at the store for a medium blizzard. Just no longer worth it anymore and I feel like a lot of people in the comments have said the same thing. Most locations also have pretty horrible quality for the food, redropped fries etc sad as it’s really gone downhill. Years ago was really good, not worth the money anymore and the headache or arguing with the staff over something as simple as fresh fries or a overpriced blizzard being made fresh so it is thick and not soupy. A Oreo blizzard should be pretty easy to make thick but I honestly think it was made and left for a bit so by the time it got to me after waiting so long it was soupy and they should have never served it to begin with. Sigh, then the staff will yell and tell you to call or complain it won’t matter. I actually liked Dairy Queen a lot and it’s not worth it anymore at all. 2 stars is generous.

It’s 7:30 pm on a Saturday night with people eating inside but they have the doors locked! I wish I could rate the place a 0! I went to 3 different doors while the workers inside just stared at me smiling. I’ll NEVER go back and I’ll make sure that everyone else knows the type of people that “DON’T” work here!!!! Thank you for saving me money!!!!

Just placed a grubhub order, this is not a large fry and the sauce was not included. I paid for extra sauce and a large fry. Will not be returning, this is a constant issue with this location. Because I basically just paid for a lunch I can’t eat. There is no sauce for the tenders or ketchup for the fries. Glad I paid for the delivery fee your store charges as well. Thanks for a waste of time and money.

Dairy Queen is really becoming a bad restaurants I usually go to the one in Portland but they must not be open for breakfast anymore so I went to the one on 10th street in jeffersonville Indiana .That was a big mistake it was not no better then the Portland’s DQ’S they are stingy with the gravy too

Yikes. Ordered through Doordash and could not have had a worse experience. Food was cold upon arrival and obviously they kept our very kind dasher waiting.
They completely missed the burger we had, this was in a sealed bag so it’s not like the dasher forgot it. Please do not go to this location. I understand employees are underpaid and overworked, which leads to issues like this. Food is so expensive please use some of that money to invest in your employees.

So they open at 6 but there were 2 patrons sitting inside eating and every door was locked.
I’m more concerned with the fact that they locked 2 elderly men inside the building which is illegal and against SEVERAL fire codes and osha laws.
That could’ve endangered those men if there was a grease fire and I think the staff should be properly educated on safety regulations if they think it’s smart to lock all building doors because there’s only 1-2 people working.
I understand not wanting to get swamped but possibly endangering customers is not a proper response.
I also called the store to see why the doors were locked during business hours and after I let him know that locking all doors was in fact illegal and against regulations the man on the other line said “don’t make this difficult I’m going now” and hung the phone up on me.

Me and my mother came here to eat and she had to use the restroom as well as myself but as we got pass the window, the first thing the cashier said was “you got to order first before you can use the restroom.” No apologies, no nothing.
My mother is disabled, so she couldn’t really hold it and when she went to use the restroom, and I attempt to make an order while confused as to why that rule was in place as I never heard of that rule before. But then it turns out to be lock and I attempted to ask if they can please let my disabled mother use the restroom and the cashier just goes “uuh well” like they have no respect for disabled. So we left to go eat somewhere else. I use to enjoy this place until they were rude to my mother. No more.

The restaurant is always clean every time I come here. Staff is friendly. Quick and accurate service. They know how to put enough gravy on the biscuits and gravy!
