Yet again another terrible chipotle service only at this location. I watched the lady serve the guy before me and the guy after me almost doubled the amount of rice and double the amount of meat of what she gave me clearly she’s judging my slender build and I’m very very disappointed when I show you a picture of this bowl and the huge gaps that it has It’s a shame that I just got ripped off and didn’t wanna make a big scene, but I am so pissed off at how clearly the lady had some issue with me or dislike the way she served my food the amount of food she placed the way she placed. It didn’t even ask me if I wanted beans Was just completely rude and her demeanor of how she served the food and barely gave me any meat definitely gave me half the amount of rice. There was HAIR in my food! I attempted to reach out to customer support to tell them and never heard anything back. We ordered ours as take out and didn’t see it until we got back to the house. Absolutely disgusting and they don’t care enough to do anything about it. That will be our last time there!

This is the third time I ordered a mobile pickup order and my barbacoa was ice cold like it’s so cold where it seems like it was taken from the fridge and just put on my tacos. And everytime I go in store to this location there’s always a issue or a mistake and the manager gave me a sassy attitude last time I was there as well unfortunately this is the closest location to me…oh and I forgot lol I got a BURNT QUESADILLA FROM MY LAST MOBILE ORDER AS WELL!!!!!!!!

Im a local and I avoid going here. It’s not just one bad experience. It’s always something. The other day I went in there and was baffled. 4 workers and a huge line and not one person working on the line. One person doing to go orders, one in the cashier organizing chips, one replacing the food and one in the back, while there is a huge line and not one person making bowls… the time after that they sold me gauc that had no lime in it , horrible. They can also never keep the line clean. It’s disgusting. I gave up on this place. Worst chipotle. Don’t waste your time

I’m only giving 2 stars because the lady at the window was super nice. Making sure orders are correct is 0 stars. I always have an issue every time I go to chipotle, not even just at this store. Either they change the taco shells to the opposite of what you order or they forget ingredients. When you ask for light sour cream or regular, it always looks to be the same amount. I personally don’t want a crap ton of sour cream all over my tacos which is why I ask for light. Tonight, after driving to pick up my order and coming back home, my tacos have meat, a crap ton of lettuce and cheese and are drenched in sour cream. You forgot my salsa and corn salsa too, so why did I just spend $17 on inedible tacos? I also tipped you and for what? Like come on chipotle get it together.

Today after a very long day at work I made the quick decision to order chipotle for dinner on the way to my son’s game. I ordered at 340pm for drive thru pick up at 4:10pm. When I arrive to the drive thru there where 2 cars ahead okay no big deal it’s a drive thru right so it’s a pick up and go, however the car in front of me just so happen to order and was left to wait for his order to be completed while I who ordered in advance had to wait till 4:30 just to get my food. As I waited I called the store to ask why this person was told to just sit there and wait instead of being asked to drive around. They had no answer but “sorry” okay I get my food finally at 4:40pm. I get home to pick up my son and eat finally after working all day without lunch so this is dinner now and in taking the bowl out the bag the “LID was NOT Closed properly to where now my “dinner” is at the bottom of the bag!!!! This is called not caring , I will never eat at the Saint Cloud location I am a life long resident of this town and it’s sad that I can’t even enjoy a meal at a local establishment!

We usually use the drive thru at this location but today we ordered to eat inside and I noticed how dirty the place is inside. Most of the tables were full of food crumbs (we had to clean one to sit down and obviously cleaned after ourselves), the floor was also full of food underneath the tables and while walking out I saw a small cockroach running through the floor. Whoever manages this location needs to do a better job at cleaning out periodically because it was pretty bad for a place that makes and sells food. I took some pictures on my way out but missed some other spots that were pretty nasty.

I always come here and always get food but every another employee serves me enough food as I ask for unlike one unemployed she a white chubby lady (not trying to be rude) who wears glasses every time she serves me and my family she always rushing our food even when it’s not busy and always when I ask for more rice or beans meat etc she puts a little only like she the only one making them.
